My family bought a phone from their and so did I. I never had problems with an iPhone they are bunch of scammers my mom phone was acting up she had to buy a new one. And my phone is so slow and gets hot it’s the 14 like dude I just got it and doesn’t even last. I just threw it in the floor and it broke so easy. They charged us wayy to much and when me and my family went to the other metro we told them how much they charged us they said that is very expensive and they scammed us. THIS IS A BAD SERVICE!! Take this store down. I will never ever buy from here again

If when there are 5 days left until the court they are sending intimidating messages as if one had a contract with a telephone and the line

Tommy Lam, his wife and partners at METRO are scammers and thugs.
My Story,
I have been invited by Pai-Yen Chung with the World Financial Group. They ask individuals to join and write down 25 contacts, either friends or family, to brainstorm with the list. Later, they took the list and called everyone in my contacts without my permission. Pai-Yen Chung and his team are just trying to scam the contact list for their own personal gain. Pai-Yen Chung, his wife, and his team of associates are a bunch of unethical people.

Elsie was a sweet lady, she was very attentive and patient! I'm sure the Metro PCS would appreciate her customer service because she went beyond measure for the 5 stars... I left came back she waited on me I was still on hold while she help other customers alone. Handled her skill-set very well. SHE MUST BE NEW BECAUSE THE OTHER DAY WAS TERRIBLE!!! :-{-:

Worst experience ever not only did they sell me a defective brand new phone that doesn't work the lady who refused to give me her name thought this was funny and started smirking refused to escalate as metro customer service informed me I tried other nearby stores as well same incompetent staff who refused as well so I went in person bottom line I have a broken phone and I was banned for not accepting the terrible service all she had to do was provide me with the necessary info cancelling my credit card and am pressing charges they hire only idiots who know nothing are rude and uneducated I never even received a call from Mr Potts the district manager so never buy metro especially from this location

The store is fine... However why is it that Everytime I buy a phone it hardly has service. I have to keep restarting the phone to be able to send a text or make a call. The phones are poorly made. I hate this "new" phone
