I'm not impressed with the boot quality. They are comfortable and look good. But within a week of purchase, one of the lace grommets broke. I took it to a shoe repair specialist, and he installed a new rivet. Then, the very next time I wore them, another grommet broke. I don't have the reciept anymore and bought them in another state while visiting family so I can't return them. I'll have the repair guy replace all the rivets, because the boots are expensive, but needless to say, I won't be purchasing another pair.

The best customer service! I live far from the store, called the store and tried to buy a backpack. With the manager Lauren and her assistant’s help and efforts, I didnot have drive an hour to the store and still received the product. So customer oriented and professional!

Stopped here deliberately prior to my flight home because I love Merrill shoes. Store posted hours are 10am, 11:30am and the store is still closed, no note on the door, no info at all. What a disappointment.

Was very happy to find a Merrell outlet here (they'd moved in during the pandemic and I didn't realize), as I'm a decades-long Moab-wearer and was due for a new pair and had been planning to order online. Staff in the store on 27 Aug around lunchtime was very helpful, found my model and size and got me checked out quickly - price was less than online! Also got me signed up for the email program; the coupons will be helpful as the rest of my family wears Merrell too.

Great shoes, sneakers, sandals and boots. Especially if you need size 14 or 15 in store this is the place to go.

First time stopping by the store. Lauren was helpful, she was friendly, patient and well informed about the products and made suggestions what would work best for my needs. Even though my size wasn't available she called another store and placed the order. Extremely satisfied, highly recommended.

I love getting my shoes from Merrell and since this is the closest Merrell outlet to where I live, I visit here at least a few times a year. The staff is relatively helpful, though sometimes there is only one person there which is a bit difficult. Merrell shoes are top notch, so the product is definitely excellent and prices at the outlet are cheaper than anywhere else. The last time I went I had a very helpful associate who assisted me in finding a color I liked and in ordering the appropriate size online.
