She was so pleasant and had such a good attitude- even though she was clearly extremely busy. She was very professional and excellent at juggling all of her jobs with a smile. “Quick, easy, and painless. That is all you can really hope for with a lab appointment. I received a text prior to my arrival to check-in from your phone. That was a seamless process, and my orders were all in the computer. The phlebotomist was friendly and professional. Later that day, I had a tiny localized bruise that disappeared quickly. This was a better experience than the location on Market St and the one in Countryside.”

“I did look at the reviews before I went to this lab, and honestly, I was a little hesitant because of the unfavorable reviews, but I’ve been going back-and-forth the past six months and I’ve never had an issue with long wait times for disrespectful staff. I’m literally in and out within 15 minutes, even when there’s people there. The front desk lady also draws the blood, but that doesn’t take away from the quick and easy experience.”
