Whoever the person was that was working while I was there on 13 August, was extremely unfriendly and had zero customer service support when inquiring about a new mattress. There was absolutely no one else was in the store at the same time. The entire walk through of the store I did myself. I had several questions I wanted to ask, however, restocking or replacing banners seemed more important to the mattress firm employee.
