The Leesburg Store has the best customer service in the last two years I have used them for three large flooring projects. They are consistently professional, helped to coordinate the installation and have a huge selection of flooring and helped to load it in my truck.

I went into LL Flooring after having visited two other nearby, much larger places. Garrett greeted me immediately and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The Frederick store is closer, so he's having my order shipped there for pick up, but he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I honestly couldn't even find a person to help me at the other stores I visited first. Garrett helped me quickly, so I was in and out with a superior product for the price than anything I saw when looking elsewhere. Great products, great people, and an easy purchasing experience! Thanks LL Flooring and Garrett!

The staff at LL Flooring in Leesburg is great! They answered all of our questions, assisted us with ordering and receiving, and took the time to spend with us each visit to their store. In particular, Michael was very helpful, friendly and thorough!! We will definitely recommend this store to friends and neighbors.

Ordered some flooring from ll flooring online and it was being serviced by the Leesburg location. I received a phone call from Mike who was extremely helpful and ensured I received my shipment without any issues. He went above and beyond to honor my online price when FedEx said they would NOT ship my order because it was too large, and coordinated an alternative shipment.

Only giving (1) star because 0 or negative numbers are not available. 1. Between visiting the store and speaking to customer service rep on the phone I spoke to three (3) different people and all three gave different answers about availability / non availability of products, as well as different instructions on requirements for acclimating product once it was delivered. (one said 2 weeks to acclimate, one said 1 week + cut open boxes and one said 1 week + NO need to cut open boxes.) So obviously they either don't train their employees properly, or they just don't care. 2. Material arrived and after acclimating for required timeframe (one week and I cut open boxes to be safe) the installation crew (they were one bright spot in this nightmare and very professional) arrived and began to tear up floors throughout entire first floor in preparation of install (that I was informed when purchasing would take between one - two days). After tearing up all the floors and halfway through installing new Brazilian cherry in living room, the crew called me in to inform me that "there seems to be a problem and defect with the material because there are gaps in a number of different places, and it is not a result of the installation." I looked at it and sure enough the material was not fitting properly like tongue in groove should. The crew opened five different boxes and the problem was consistent with each box and most likely with the remainder of the entire batch that was delivered as it was all from the same manufacturing run. (Note: Installation can eliminate a small curve but if the tongue is cut too deep or too thick compared to the groove it is something installation cannot overcome, and the material needs to be replaced.) 3. I told the crew to call their PM, while I would also call my contact for the install from LL Flooring in Leesburg. I called and my POC Hanna (she was helpful, empathetic and kind) to see what they were going to do. She said she would look into it and have someone call me back. This was at 10:30AM. By 3:00PM I still hadn't heard from anyone and out of concern they would have to tear up the new floor that was defective I called Hanna again and she said she told the PM to call me and would follow up on why no one had gotten back to a customer who was spending +20K on a purchase. In the meantime, the installation crew told me they were informed by their manager that they were to cease all work due to defective material, to clean up and leave and that "the company (NFI) was going to send someone out to remove the material and re-deliver new material and after it acclimated they would be called to re-schedule an installation." I found it interesting that "someone" from LL Flooring took the time to call the installation crew but didn't find it was necessary to call me, the paying customer. 4. After another two hours with no reply I called the corporate office at the 1-800 number provided to me in the email confirming delivery of materials and after explaining problem AGAIN they said they would contact the store manager "Sean" who would call me back and let me know how they were going to resolve the issue. 5. Sean called and said they would pick up and remove the defective material and order replacement and that "I will call you tomorrow with a lead time and the dates on when they will be picking up the material there and how long it will take for a new delivery." When I asked for a ballpark lead time, (since my house was in the condition of a construction site with dust and debris from torn up floors) he said it should be at least two weeks since the wood had to acclimate for another week. I said I would wait to hear from him "tomorrow". 6. After not hearing back from Sean for two days, I called and asked about the status, and he said he would check and let me know by close of business. I waited all day and by 6:00PM (when they closed), I still had not received a call back, so I called corporate - again - and let them know about how unh

TL;DR- simply the best to deal with, very responsive and communicative. Great quality product and great partnership with epic flooring. We shopped around for several months trying to decide on a company and a floor type for roughly 3300 sq feet of flooring and a stair case. We ended up with 3 real proposals, one from Lowes (would not consider based on customer service and size of our job), Loudoun Valley Floors and LL Flooring (lumber liquidators). We decided on LL for the following reasons:- They had the right product to fit what we wanted- They had the knowledge to guide us away from sub par products- Good partnership with the installation company- Great communication- competitive price with 0% financingThe job just finished this week- 4 really long days of work. We opted for Bellawood 5" solid plank hickory. We did our entire main level and upper level. We opted for essentially white glove service. This means they can move all the large pieces around and take care of most things. We still had to prepare by cleaning out breakables, unplugging electronics and getting small things out of the way. We also spent the week out of the way in the basement.Overall everything was amazing and I am blown away. Great products, great workmanship, great communication from the store (Michael and Garrett were AWESOME).Things to keep in mind:- LISTEN to what they tell you and take it to heart- READ the guidance and prepare- humidity is important, I picked up a pack of 4 humidistats on amazon for $13- spread them out and watched to make sure I was in range- Communicate often about questions, concerns and so forth.- I did find that the estimate could have missed some sq. footage in the quote- but at the end it was actually more than we needed- WE returned 6 boxes of flooring for full credit as easy as returning a shirt (heavier)Do not cheap out- the process is hard, the noise is painful, moving around everything in your house takes so much time and effort. i am glad we got what we wanted rather than cheaper floors. It is worth it to invest in your home.

The guys are nice and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable. Price for luxury vinyl flooring is reasonable compared to other flooring companies. Quality is good. Labor price is way more than other competitors. Labor estimate had lots of errors like counting too much furniture and not getting the stair width. We choose to go somewhere else because of the labor.
