Whatever you do , do NOT get any project done or open a Lowe’s credit card. We had to fight for over a month for them to clearly write up what we wanted. We sign everything only to find out if you chose the 24 month payment plan you have to pay it off entirely before they will even START the project. It was so bizarre we thought it certainly couldn’t be true. Lo and behold after talking with 3 managers, including one at Lowe’s Corporate , it’s true. We go to cancel our Lowe’s card and get told it works like a normal payment plan and all 3 people were wrong. What?!. Complete disorganization every step of the way. Save yourself time, money and a headache and avoid this store at all costs.

This location is so clean and the staff are always willing to answer questions. This is hard to find in other places sometimes. Eric in appliances was kind enough to greet us and came over just to offer help if we needed it and say hi to our pups. That is just wonderful customer service. We have to rent a tool soon and definitely going to try to use this Lowes

Great place for DIY projects, always do price checks on items and they’ll price match. I like it better than Home Depot.

Mark was very amazing! He helped me with exactly what I needed help with and told me the tools I needed or don’t need. He had a very decorated vest and I can see why!

BEWARE OF LOWES APPLIANCES
I purchased a new gas dryer. It arrived duct taped together and was installed broken.
Lowes required Mega Plumbing to check the machine. They did and certified it as defective and needing replacement. After avoiding the issue for 6 WEEKS Lowes decided not to replace it and it is not their responsibility because they no longer carry this model.
So I have to settle for having someone try to repair my "new dryer" which Lowes never registered the warranty on and did not provide warranty information for me to register it either.

I don't go very often because Home Depot is better. It's better because when I go to this Lowe's after finding what I want on the app. When I get to the store to purchase the item I wanted it is not there. I'm sure that I will go through this exercise again in the coming months.

On May 29th, during a fairly slow day I walked to the store to get a plywood sheet and have it cut in half. I asked 3 separate employees at 15 minute intervals and the just said ok and shrugged their shoulders that someone would be there. After waiting for 30 minutes I walked back to the construction desk while the two employees were chatting and when I asked that I’m still waiting they felt inconvenient that they had to follow up.
45 minutes later I had to get the store manager to help me…

Terrible customer service, save yourself the headache. If you have any problem no matter how small, they'll punt it or ignore you. A fridge I ordered was missing the temperature control knob, I looked up the part, it's $5. Called their central customer service, some kid told me to call the store or the manufacturer. Fine. I called the store, got forwarded around and on one was interested in helping. I'm considering ordering the part myself so I don't have a conniption but I'll never visit a Lowe's again after this.

I was looking for garden lime & all I could find at Lowe's major competitor was lawn lime .. Lowe's to the rescue! I was able to buy the garden lime that I needed! 40 lb bag for under $6.00 / bag... Friendly, helpful employees...

I've been a loyal customer at the Leesburg Lowe's for about two years now, and I have to say, the service I've received from employees like Matt, Oscar, and Rich has been consistently exceptional. They always go the extra mile to assist me and ensure that I have a positive shopping experience for all my home projects. Their knowledge, friendliness, and dedication are truly commendable.
