Loudoun Pilates has been a game-changer for my physical health. More strength, less pain, more flexibility, more resilient. When I started with them, I could not do a sit up without serious back pain. Amy worked me through gentle therapeutic strengthening and flexibility exercises and now I have no chronic back pain, among so many other benefits. Thank you, Amy and Loudoun Pilates!!

Best pilates studio! All the instructors are fantastic and have so much knowledge. Caitlin has helped improve my posture and get more mobility in my shoulders and mid-back. The other clients are fun and really welcoming. It is a great place to get reconnected.

I have taken classes since this studio opened. All the instructors are excellent, pleasant and make sure your experience in the class is safe and worthwhile. I would not be moving as well at age 80 if it weren't for these classes. I love it!! You should give it a try. They have gotten me through 2 hip replacements for which I am grateful.

Loudoun Pilates’ owner, Amy Hershey, truly gave me life back. I was in terrible pain, due to a back injury. Her instruction and basing specific routines around me during our private lessons were unbelievable. I’ve made a complete 180 and feel incredible! I can’t thank her enough.

Pilates has made me a better actor and singer. In both disciplines controlling your breathing while also keeping your body relaxed and balanced is so important. Pilates increased my flexibility, strengthened my core, and taught me to be more aware of myself physically, which has helped me achieve better use of my body on stage. I will always recommend Pilates as a fantastic exercise for actors and singers and Loudoun Pilates is the best!!

Love all the instructors here! I have back issues, and this has been the only exercising I do that doesn't aggravate the spinal fusion. Thanks to all the lovely instructors at Loudoun Pilates for helping me work towards my goal of getting stronger without paying the price in pain.

I have been going to Loudoun Pilates for years. Amy has helped me through many back, shoulder and wrist problems. I have gotten so much stronger under her guidance. Amy and all the instructors are so attentive and make sure that we are doing the exercises correctly. I recommend Loudoun Pilates to all my friends or anyone who wants to get or stay healthy. The atmosphere is upbeat and enjoyable. I look forward to my pilates sessions twice a week.
