Therapists are great. It’s the behind the scenes stuff that’s the issue. I came home with a stomach virus on Tuesday and immediately called them to reschedule an appointment later that day. They were going to give me a $75 charge because cancelation was within 24 hours. The only way you can prevent that is by scheduling the same week. I told the receptionist that I was sick and couldn’t make it and asked for next week. She said today was the day and I said okay but I’ll probably cancel because I’m sick. And yup, I haven’t recovered so I called in the morning and I said I could t make it because I was still sick. She said they would have to charge me.Now this was my second time rescheduling. My first time I was taking care of my sick kid and missed my appointment but went immediately the next day. I could have totally supported them singing me for this.. But I’m honestly sick and rather than getting staff sick or losing my Bowles and breakfast all over I decided to cancel. So thanks for that fee..I’ve been here multiple times for multiple surgeries dating back years and this is what I get in return.

When I first walked in Loudoun PT, I saw a sign on the wall that said, “Life changing results”. Pointing to it, I light-heartedly told the receptionist, “I’m here for that”. On that day, I was a mess. The victim of an ugly and debilitating illness, I struggled to walk from my car to their office. The slightest amount of physical exertion caused respiratory distress. Dressing myself was nearly impossible I had little endurance for normal household chores. Rising from a chair was laborious and took a long time. I didn’t know it, but that was about to change.During my time as a patient at Loudoun PT, I worked with many different people: therapist, aides, and administrative staff. Without exception, they were all extraordinary. They were professional, knowledgeable, capable, and kind. That said, there are two that stand out. Dr. Alli Gannon and Dr. Shaista Ambreen worked tirelessly to pinpoint my areas of weakness and guide me back to a stronger and better functioning me. They stayed with me through frustrations, relapse, tears and, ultimately, great progress. Session after session, they met me with an unwavering and contagious resolve. Ultimately, they took me from hopelessness to health.I am not completely well. I may never be. I still struggle a bit with many of my daily activities. But today, unlike the day I first walked in their door, I can go on a hike, I can work-out at the gym and I can take care of my house and my garden.Simply put, Dr. Gannon and Dr Ambreen changed my life. They gave me back my life. I am humbled and profoundly grateful that these two extraordinary women put so much time and effort into helping me heal.

I've now been to both locations and I have to say, both are awesome! I'm always welcomed by the front desk without having to wait for their attention!! They are so cheerful.Aliyah Brathwaite, the PT tech is awesome. She is knowledgeable, professional totally knows what she is doing. One of the special qualities is that especially when the office is not full of people, she asks what music I would like to hear while I am on the NuTone machine.I give Loudoun Physical Therapy 5+ stars!!!!

I rarely write reviews and even though I read a lot of them, I am just not the kind of person that enjoys typing much. Dr. Kristen Springer broke that rule. As an OT, her professionalism is truly outstanding . she is an absolutely wonderful clinician and her techniques and knowledge exceeded my expectations. I have worked with physical therapists before having the pleasure of working with Dr. Springer. Truly, she restored my hope in recovery. I have attempted multiple times and over a period of 6years to meet with different pelvic PTs but without success, I truly believed that my pelvic floor dysfunction was almost unrestorable. Dr. Springer worked with me, and through absolute dedication and respect for my spiritual, psychological, emotional, and physical realm, she built a road to success which I never thought possible. She worked with me as if my condition was personal and close to her heart. She was truly happy when we reached milestones, and was sincerely hurt for me when things weren't as expected. More than anything, she became my friend and not just my therapist. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who is looking for a pelvic floor therapist.

This is a factory style center. Everyone does the same thing no matter what you are there to fix/recover from or where you are physically. Don't expect to get better unless you fall in the category of what the 'written plan' offers. Oh, they also have you warm up on a bike...which wasn't even on. Just peddle for 10 min. I am a cyclist. I got a higher heart rate walking in from the parking lot. Seriously sad because how can anyone warmed up on a bike with zero resistance. But the very sweet 80 old next to me also on a bike that was off yet asked to peddle...had a nice conversation. Waste of my time and energy. Thankfully found a facility that has staff that both care and are capable of discerning care for individual in front of them.Thank you for your reply. I tried talking to your staff about what I needed and was treated to very snotty attitude from two separate staff persons (one a jerk to my face and the other just gave me dirty looks). You had an opportunity to make it right and you chose to make me feel bad for speaking up.

Loved the therapists! Horrible cancellation policy!!!!! Very inflexible. Overcrowded and booked up means it should be easy to fill emergency cancellations! Worst scheduling times as 3 pm is not an evening spot! Sad because i loved my therapists.

Truly a wonderful experience overall! I was referred to Loudoun Physical Therapy by my midwife for Pelvic Floor Therapy at my 6 week postpartum appointment. Everyone in the office was exceptional but I was truly thankful for Dr. Shaista Ambreen. She was warm, engaging, full of wisdom, detail oriented, and truly listened to my concerns so I could heal.I learned so much from my time with Dr. Ambreen and have told many friends about both her and the necessity of Pelvic Floor Therapy. She is one of a kind, truly exceptional in every sense of the word!

I did prenatal and post partum pelvic floor therapy with Shai and it was a complete game changer. She made my pregnancy so much easier and I felt so much more prepared and comfortable. I went back after giving birth and she got me back in shape and feeling strong again. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She also gives the best therapy massages I’ve ever had in my life!

Instead of a review I’d like to tell a quick story. I’m a 59 year old man who does not scare easy and I’m not afraid of much at all. When I found out I needed to have hip replacement surgery my first feeling was of fear. When I finally came to grips with the fact that I NEEDED this surgery, I booked Pre-Op Physical Therapy. On my first visit, the team at Loudoun Physical Therapy in Leesburg, immediately made me feel comfortable. They answered question I had, before I asked them. They not only prepared me physically for surgery, but more so, they prepared me mentally. After the surgery I started my Post-Op Physical Therapy. Tara and Janell along with the team of trainers were amazing. They supported me, guided me and encourage me with every visit. I walk away after every visit feeling better and very pleased with my progress. They kept telling me that I was doing great. The truth is they all were fantastic in my advancement from surgery to discharge. They were the driving force behind my recovery.I can not say enough about this team! For a small piece of my life they were family and I will be forever grateful for Tara, Janell and team. From the bottom of my heart I thank you and will never forget Loudoun Physical Therapy in Leesburg.Sincerely and lovingly,Greg Marks

Very good experience and results. Their exercise bikes are very old and should be updated. Environment of walls and carpet also needs to be repainted and replaced.
