SCAM!!! I received care by Dr. Yoon at the Inova Wound Care Center in Fair Oaks where I paid $150 co-pay per visit to the Wound Care Center then I started receiving additional bills from Loudoun Medical Group for the care I received by Dr. Yoon. This place is a complete scamjob. Stay away from this place at all costs. No pun intended. I am disgusted by the unprofessionalism and complete dishonesty from the medical profession displayed by this place. UNETHICAL and IMMORAL!!!

Avoid at all cost anyone affiliated with Loudon Medical Group including Comprehensive Sleep Centers. Their scam is to take your insurance information and then just not bill them. Their hope is that 50% of patients will just pay the bills unknowingly. They have been reported to the Medical Board of Virginia and BBB.

if i could rate this office a 0 stars i would! we received a bill for an appointment that was never cancelled in their system - however, we called. Appointment was scheduled for 5/11/23 and we started calling on 4/11/23 - never got thru to a live person to talk to someone about cancelling or rescheduling this appointment. We finally got someone to talk to us on 5/8/23 and told them to cancel that appointment as well as the appointment in the system for 5/15/23. They refuse to discuss bloodwork results over the phone and insist you come in for an actual visit with the doctor, therefore costing us more money for the doctor visit. We have spent HOURS over the phone trying to get thru to the office about this invoice we got and have received no help. When we had another doctor's appointment on 7/15/23 - we were told to call the phone number - which was the same phone number we've already been calling to no luck! this office is deplorable when it comes to patients or handling bills - let alone answering the phone. We are now looking for a new doctor and also trying to get a hold of someone to dispute the charge. We have called as well as emailed them - they do not respond or answer their phones - DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

Just like all the other reviews say. They will knowingly lie to you about cost and the billing process is insane.I’m still getting random bills in the mail months after the surgery. I went to their online portal and paid off the balance weeks ago and new random charges keep popping up.It’s depressing to see these predatory practices used on people coming to you for help.Please don’t bother with the copy/paste reply referring to a phone number I can call. Based on what I’m seeing here it doesn’t even work.

Really disorganized group and departments don't seem to talk to each other (e..g billing and sleep centers/practices). Had sleep tests done there and after getting a $1K bill i took 6 months to get a review and straight answer!They had provided an estimate for $250 (after insurance) so were way of.Lots of calls (a lot of their call support is offshore) and rarely a call back. I just gave up and paid the amount to get it done.In short, look for other options and make sure you check what your insurance will cover. Don't trust what they say.Their booking/appt service is also a joke. Last minute reschedules and lack of clarity on where to go was disappointing. Definitely not using them again.

Do not go to a doctor part of this group. I called my medical insurance to make sure my bill is payed yet they still send me a letter every week saying its not paid. Their online payment system doesn’t even show you how much you owe, im assuming in efforts to get you to over or underpay furthering communications with you. Im a software engineer. It’s not hard to get your site to show you how much you owe. I had to call on the phone to get my bill paid.

This place is a huge joke. Run (for exercise) as far & fast from this clown show of a medical group as you possibly can. Nurse said she would return my call, never did. Meanwhile, I am without my prescription. I guess I’ll just go to the ER…Btw, LMG-please don’t respond with an apology. They seem to have the mentality they can’t do any wrong being in the medical field. I guess their time is more valuable than ours. Just do without your medications & then they want to apologize like it fixes the problem. Find a solution, return customer calls, & do what is right for your customers. Fix your practice or close the doors! Golly, I’ve had enough.

Not a pleasant experience with my prescription medication orders. This is for my blood pressure and the doctor not only forgets to place an order twice with my pharmacy but when asked, he said if I followed the group on FB and if I messaged them on Facebook which left me baffled. The first instance it happened, I would have canceled my international travel if I choose not to spend 5 hours in minute clinic where they could not readjust my dosage on existing prescription and then go spent another hour and half at Urgent care to get my prescription meds to just be able to travel. It was nerve wrecking to go through while being out of meds. Neither the doc nor the office cared to respond my VM before my travel and when I explained the trouble I went through on my return. They did the exact same thing next time too. I refuse to pay for my subsequent visits as the med group’s carelessness incurred me cost for my urgent care visit and they refuse to take accountability. This happened an year ago. Such entitlement and careless attitude doesn’t not suit medical professionals who claim to be interested in patient care than having celebrity status.

Dr Rachel was excellent. She sent me for a MRI and diagnosed my labral tear. She was very compassionate and attentive to my needs.

It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to arrive at a Dr's office with standing room only. 8 elderly people standing!!!! What really frustrates me is the POSTED NOTICE which states if you cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours there will be a charge. My time is just as valuable as the next. What could I charge the Dr's office for missing my ontime appointment?? I have to wait and be late for my next appointment where I might be charged for missing that one. Lastly, with so many patients in the office are you truly missing the appointment if I didn't show? Don't tell me you reserved mine, but you didn't show?

Their billing department is absolutely horrible. You pay your bill online and they still harass you will automated calls, when you call the number back NO ONE answers the phone ever!!! If you have the chance to use another sleep study company I would refer you to MedPrime Sleep Clinic, they have their act together.

I had called early this morning and fully expected to leave a voicemail but the phone was answered by Karla Argyropoulos. Karla was extremely sweet and able to answer my many questions without hesitation. I could tell she truly cared about helping me out and I really appreciated that as not many people are willing to go above and beyond. She encouraged me to call anytime in case I had any follow-up questions. I will definitely keep her number for future reference. Definitely 5 star service this morning.

Watch out.Even though I have a good insurance (care first blue closs and shield)They charged me more than $1000 for c-pap machine that was recalled right after I got them.I still don't have the replacement. It's been a year.My friends who have the c-pap machine they paid between 100 to 300They also sent my bill to collections agency saying It was my fault not finding out the total cost with my insurance company before I try to get the machine.I did not expect to pay more than 1000 to get the recalled c-pap machine.I hate the doctor who referrered this place to me.Such a pain to deal with them.

If I could give them a half star(or less), I would. They always overbill, send invoices to old addresses, and never attempt collections via phone or email to collect payment. Instead, they turn it over to a collections agency without notifying you first which impacts your credit score. You'd think you visit these places to get the medical care you need, but after dealing with their billing department, you need to see another medical professional to deal with the mental anguish. A vicious cycle.
