One of my fave places to shop locally! Lots of current, trendy styles to fit all ages and sizes - and especially love all the cute accessories. Great selection of Ink & Alloy. All the employees are super sweet and helpful, too. Loyalty program is a nice benefit for frequent shoppers like me.

I am from Richmond and was in town for an engagement party. When I stood up, I realized I had a MASSIVE stain on the back of my dress. I went to Zest where the two women working were so nice, understanding, and helpful. I was able to quickly find a new dress and made it to the event on time. Thank you Zest!!

It's a beautiful store! But it's more suited for young, thin persons. I got a cute scarf with JMU (my son's school) colors and some cute earrings totalling $10. I just didn't know I was too heavy (145lb @ 5'3") for most of the clothes. ? ??

Beware of their return policy. If you receive an item as a gift and you don't receive it immediately and would like to exchange or receive a store credit but your outside of their return window, you can't. Even if your only 4 days late and you are unaware of their return policy. I used to love to shop at Lou Lou, great service and beautiful selection. However, I don't think I'll be going back!

Store personnel searched my 11 year old child while shopping. I wasn't present. Opened her wallet and went through it and her little purse, and as she was searching her said I did these things as a kid and said she wasn't going to call the police. Found NOTHING stolen as she went through my daughter's belongings. My kid was completely confused why she was doing this. Sure, a store's prerogative to take measures to prevent theft. But she was innocent and just because this employee stole as a kid doesn't make every kid who walks in the door a potential criminal. We will never give our money to this store again.
