I would not recommend this place. They are very money hungry. Everyone is nice but they never really figured out what was wrong with my dog. They sent him home after 48 hours and $3500 later and he was barely better. Then a few days later he came down with MRSA which I’m sure came from there. It’s almost like they try to charge you as much as possible. It was almost laughable how expensive everything was. Go elsewhere!

The staff at the LifeCenter were absolutely amazing. We were forced to drive 40 minutes to them after all of our local ER hospitals turned us away.

Our Yorkie-poo was badly bitten by a neighbor’s Rottweiler and we rush him to this office for emergency care. The staff was extremely responsive to the needs of our boy and took him in immediately. They fully explained the treatment plan and potential outcomes. One of the staff members even texted me a photo of him so I could see how he was doing during his stay. He had multiple puncture wounds on his face and lost skin on his lower lip which needed surgery. Thank you for taking such good care of him. It has been 10 days and he is healing well.

They were extremely busy, yet they kept in communication with me for every step! The doctor was so thorough and although I didn't get the best news, the experience was better then I expected. This E.R. is an hour past my local E.R but, it is most definitely where I will go in the future if needed.

Our Cosmo, a Rescue was diagnosed with Blood Cancer by Dr. Miller, Internal Medicine last year about this time. Cosmo has blood Cancer which Dr. Miller diagnosed. Thank you so much Dr. Miller! The staff at VCA is amazing as well. Cosmo us doing fantastic thanks to the team at VCA! WE LOVE YOU ALL! Wish I could name you all. Thank you for your kindness, understanding and follow through. Dr. Lester was impressive. Compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Techs and front desk were also amazing. Very pleased with the care and support both our pup and we received.

My Frenchie needed emergency back surgery for a herniated disc...they explained everything up front...the possible outcomes..and answered all my questions so I could make an informed decision. The entire staff is compassionate and caring...sending me texts/photos of them loving on my boy! it was reassuring since I couldn't be there due to Covid 19 restrictions. Dr. J called daily with updates and made sure he was comfortable. I appreciated their professionalism but yet caring like he was of theirs. Thank you all so much!

Wonderful facility. I saw a squirrel get hit by a car and went back to see if he was okay. I called two places within a short distance of where I was and they both said they couldn’t/wouldn’t help. The next closest place was here. I called and they told me to come right away. I’m thankful for everything they did for the little guy

Time and time again Dr.Justin and his team take amazing care if my precious baby. He takes his time and answers all of this crazy fur mom’s questions. Isabella has been a medical challenge for the past 3 years but Dr. Justin has stuck with us. I am not a easy client because I am very type A and VERY attached to my dog. So I really credit the whole team at the LVIM for not only keeping Izzy with me but being so patient and tolerant of her crazy owner. As much as I wish we didn’t continue to need their services, I am so grateful that they are there for us!
