Jay and his team are absolute ALLSTARs.
My first time coming to Flagship and I was blown away. Talk about above and beyond. There was a paint stain in my back seat that I didn’t think would come out. I paid for the standard exterior/interior, and when the car made its way back not only was the car in pristine condition, but the stain was gone!! Signed up for the membership right after. Stand up job! Thanks guys. - JC

I just want to thank the Manager of the Leesburg Flagship and his team for their help in getting my car detailed. It was my first experience having this done and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends who are like me unable to do this anymore because of age and physical restrictions. Thanks guys you do good work.

First time at this Flagship and boy they did not disappoint. I have been trying to get a stain off my seats for the longest and they managed to remove it completely. My vehicle looked like I just drove it off the dealership after the detailing service that Fasial and his team provided!!!! Thank you guys and I would recommend this place for its quality and service!!!!

Quality of service decreased when the former ownership switched to Flagship. The detailing missed plenty of spots and the wax application was poor.

A few weeks ago, I stopped in to have my Suburban washed inside and out. As my vehicle was nearing completion, Jay (the manager) approached me and asked if I was recently at the beach. I told him, we'd just returned. He immediately said he'd like to have it run through the interior cleaning line again to ensure all the sand was completely removed. This came out of left field, and I was surprised at the proactive effort made by Jay and his team. Jay also took the time to conversate with my oldest son (who is Autistic) making small talk and asking him how his trip to the beach was, which made his day! In a world where customer service is getting worse by the minute, I'm thankful that Jay and the team have an entirely different and professional approach towards ensuring all customers feel welcomed and appreciated.

My car had the paint very damaged I had my expectations very low but flagship went to extremes and they left me the paint a thousand times better than I imagined it is an excellent service with very accessible rates the managers I dealt with were very friendly and very attentive. The general manager today was Faisal, a very kind person and the supervisor who commissioned my car, Gerardo, did an excellent job.

Flagship Car Wash in Sterling, VA, is hands down the best car wash I've ever experienced. They are fast, efficient, and take exceptional pride in their work. After a long road trip with five kids, my van was a disaster inside. Without me even asking, they took it through the vacuum process twice to ensure every crumb and bit of dirt was gone. The attention to detail and quality control at Flagship is unmatched. My van looked and felt brand new when they were done. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone who values top-notch service and a spotless car!

This USED to be a great car wash- was always very happy and thought even the most basic drive thru wash with a hand dry was a great value and very well done. Now they changed the options and the wipe off made my vehicle look worse than when I started.. No option to tip the ladies standing in 90* heat and I had to DIY the back of my car at the self wash down the street. Why do companies buy up perfect, well run, great businesses and ruin them immediately?
Flagship has taken over 5 local washes - go to the 5.00 DIY one and save 15$
Oct ** tried them again at 830am on Sat as I was in a rush and they didnt have a line.. same crappy job and
they smeared dirt all over the black vehicle

Jay the manger was superb ?. Jay had keylin interior detailer detail my truck above and beyond. Major issue with vacuum. I paid for full service but Jay worked his magic and got my truck done. Great service and fast, thanks to Jay and Keylin.
