They wanted a super large deposit on a car with 200k+ miles which was unreasonable and they know it so they backed the mileage but the nerve to raise the price too. You should always get a car inspected before purchase but this place is a big red flag to get one if you see something you like. I’m so glad I didn’t waste money paying for an inspection and asked what they wanted down first, which I doubt they would’ve let me do anyway.

I was going to purchase a car here and put down the money they wanted down but after coming back to the listing of the silver Camaro, you guys raised the price 1k and suddenly the mileage is lower? It was 158k miles when I first saw it now it’s listed with lower. That is not fair to your buyers and I will not be returning.

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys… very unprofessional! They hung up on me multiple times when trying to contact the sales department. Finally once everything went through and I was able to come pick up the vehicle. Then I seen how full of crap these guys really are.
One, they don’t even have official business emails but are using Gmail, two they looked unkept and not groomed, three, the sales guy Pauly tried to fast talk me through everything like I’m stupid to hurry up and get me out the door. He claimed maintenance and everything was done on the vehicle when the vehicle says service was over 10000 miles overdue. He begged for a review which I told him I will do when I get back home so I can make sure everything is good on my end. He kept my registration and never gave it to me, kept my other key and claimed that but would be mailed to me, and being that the car is sold to me is ignoring all my messages.
I wouldn’t recommend this company due to the unprofessionalism, and the dishonesty to hurry up and sell a car.

Never in my life, have I experienced such bad customer service. I asked a question to understand the process of a salvaged vehicle and Paulie told me in a calm sarcastic manner that he doesn’t have to explain anything. I was so confused I didn’t know what to say. After I asked what does he mean, he hung up on me and I have to call back from different numbers because they block you so they won’t have to answer any questions about money they owe me. They have so many cases open right now for bad business. Paulie needs to be immediately fired for disrespect he has for customers. I am going to keep sending this out to make is viral because businesses should never be this way at all..

So my experience with this dealership has been hell. I purchased a car from this Establishment . When I was purchasing the car i asked the sales person repeatedly is the title for the vehicle clean. He responded yes it is a clean title multiple times so I drove the vehicle home. I received a call from one of the sales person a couple weeks later stating that my finance company will not honor the loan terms. because the title is salvaged. I did my research and found out the vehicle have a salvage title from an accident it was in from November 2021. I told the sales person I will be returning the vehicle because I was lied to and I don't buy vehicles without clean title.
I was told by the person I have no choice but to keep the vehicle . I returned the vehicle and when it came time to give me my down payment money back the dealer stop responding to my calls and texts. So now I'm out of a vehicle and my money.
I returned the vehicle Aug 16 and it's Aug 27th & still no response from the dealership.

Been looking to upgrade my car, came in and spoke with Miguel and he handled everything professionally. Helped with my language barrier and got me into a 08 Lexus RX. Car had many of the features I needed, will 100 percent recommend all my Latino friends to come to Leesburg! Ask for the Miguel!

I recently purchased a BMW X1 xdrive28i 2016 from Leesburg Auto Import and I was so happy with my decision. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. The sales representative, PATRICK was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were patient and never pressured me into making a decision. The entire buying process was smooth and efficient. The car itself is everything I hoped for. It's in excellent condition and drives beautifully. I've already put a few hundred miles on it and have had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Leesburg Auto Import and ask for PATRICK to anyone in the market for a used car.
