We’ve been clients at LAH for over two years. We love the staff and support we’ve received. We also appreciate the healthcare plan and ease of getting appointments. From the front desk staff to the techs to the doctors, we have enjoyed each person.

We have 3 dogs that have all gone to Lansdowne Animal Hospital since we rescued them. Some have had more extensive medical issues. Their pet plans are wonderful and save you a lot of money. As long as they are open they’ll always squeeze you in when you have a sick animal. More importantly, their customer service is unlike most businesses. They got to know my family as well as my dogs. They always follow up after a visit. And they really care. They get on the floor with the animals, they greet us in a welcome manner no matter how busy they are. They never let you forget when your dog is due for shots or a checkup. They love our dogs as much as we do. And my dogs love them! I trust them all implicitly with our dogs. I highly recommend their service.

I brought my newly adopted Boston Terrier here for a new client exam and had a lovely experience! Staff is very kind and I feel the pricing is fair. Unfortunately my new dog had some pre-existing health issues but Lansdowne Animal Hospital did a great job explaining everything to me and treating him for a pretty bad ear infection. I will happily be returning for his follow up care.

Always excellent service at Lansdowne Animal Hospital! Dr G. has a wonderful way of working with pets. She helps pet and parent feel comfortable. Dr. G explains the options and does not pressure you to do anything you’re not coworkers for your pet. Jessica did a great job explaining medications and care for our pet’s issue. Definitely recommend this practice!

First time client. I really like Landsdowne Animal Hospital. I was looking for another vet to help diagnose my cat’s skin issues and Dr. G. and the vet tech, Colby were awesome. The advice and knowledge they share will hopefully clear up the issues my cat has. I just wish they were closer to where I live. The ladies at the front desk with very welcoming and sweet and I would highly recommend this location

First time taking my child here and I will be back. Dr. Surman was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on every topic. Nurse Jessica was extremely sweet and kind towards my pups. Best vet I’ve been too yet. Highly recommend.

This is the best vet my wife and I have been to. The staff is very friendly and have been there since we have brought our Casper there. They have diagnosed issues other vets couldn’t. We just are very pleased to have them here!

I had such a wonderful experience with Kristin at the front desk. She was so amazing when I reached out about my dog and she was instrumental in getting her surgery scheduled in less than 2 days. It is rare to have such a caring and lovely front desk staff member and I am so appreciative of her help.

I love everyone at lansdowne animal hospital. I have a big fur family and they’ve cared for my 4 cats and big dog so wonderfully, I highly recommend this vet. Thank you guys forBeing so awesome!

Dr Surman is so kind and listens to every concern or question about my dog. She always educates thoroughly on what is going on with my pet and what the options are for treatments. Could not recommend her more!
