I like shopping at Kohls. Not so much in the store anymore after the pandemic, but online. The store is clean, smells incredible after the opening of Sephora. Even my husband mentioned he really enjoys the atmosphere.

This Leesburg Store has courteous Associates, especially Jasbir who is always pleasant and welcoming, no matter the time of day. She is professional as well as knowledgeable. She is a great asset to Kohls! I’ve been in the hospitality industry over 40 years and recognize a great member of staff. The clothes selection is wonderful and always kept up to the season. The spacious layout of the aisles or racks is comfortable. Fitting rooms are always tidy and sufficient so you don’t have to wait in line!

I came by the evening on December 22, 2023 with my mother and I. We had a disappointing experience with this young lady at the register. She was rude and had an attitude the whole interaction. She handled our items poorly as she was bagging, this was all because of a coupon my mother had. It’s just very upsetting to see somebody so ignorant to treat us like that since we come into the store so often.
