Keeping it short and sweet:I needed a suit for a wedding that was a month away at the time. This store location was able to price match a suit I found on their website for a lower price, get me fitted, and order the sizes of everything that I needed (since they weren't in stock at the time).I had my suit ready with plenty of time to spare, and the entire process was easy. I liked the suit too, which is a nice bonus! ;)

I liked the selection, clean store and fairly helpful staff. The initial help was perfect: a simple "let me know what you need, I'll be over here" which they continued to answer my questions but after that a different employee followed us around and was basically in our pocket. We'll probably go back when we actually need to buy what we needed given we liked their products, the 2nd employee was just quite smothering.

This is a great store! I have been here a few times and I am always happy. I have odd measurements, but the staff here is always helpful. Sales, new items, and a great selection are what I always find when I come here. I recommend shopping here, but also the tailor services. Their service is quick and I can always count on them when I need things done right.

I don't care to shop for many things. I wasn't looking forward to hours of searching for a suit. Said met us shortly after we entered the Leesburg Premium Outlet location. He made the process easy and thorough. He measured me for the proper size and listened to my needs. I was in and out, including trying everything on and getting my wife (& daughter's) approval, within 45 minutes. They had a decent sale, which saved $$. The only thing I didn't care too much for was providing my contact info (keeps it at 4 stars), despite that being typical.

Bad service, I was there for 10 minutes and nobody offer me assistance, by the way I was the only person in the store. The next customer was well attended as soon he enter in the store, definitely the employee with the nice blue suit and glasses discriminated minorities.

Had a great experience coming here a few days before a wedding, and I needed a new suit! Marika, Mason, and Lynn we so nice to my brother and I and extremely helpful!They have great deals for bigger guys, and a lot of selection. The store was quiet, neat, and well staffed. Only good things. I Thank your store for such great customer service!

We had a great experience at Jos Banks in the Leesburg Outlet Mall recently. I took my son there for an interview suit and the gentleman helping us made the process quick & easy. He made suggestions on what to purchase, but was not pushy. They have a tailor there full-time and she came out to mark the adjustments needed on the spot. Two weeks later, we had the suit in hand and it looks great. As I was there, I noticed several customers come in to pick up tailored items and shop the sale items—they all acted like long-time customers. We’ll be back for any future business suit needs.

After waiting for two weeks for my custom order, I went to pick it up and find out they have placed a wrong order!When I went to shop two weeks ago, a gentleman named Ashraf, and enother staff helped me find a matching fabric for my pants to match the suit that was available in the store, but since we were placing a custom order for the pants, we decided to custom make the jacket as well! Today, when I get there, store manager brought a jacket with my receipt on it which was a completely different jacket, style/color/fabric!I tried the pants, it was shorter than what we measured before ordering!I have a wedding coming up and had planned ahead with ordering from this location. Since we walked in, store manager was not friendly, after what happened, instead of finding a solution, she was very impatient and kept saying this is what you guys ordered we are not sure! Well, guess what? That doesn’t make anything better because your staff placed a wrong order, so as a store manager you would have find the best solution or apologize instead of being extremely impatient with your customer! I do not recommend shopping at this location.

I usually don’t post negative reviews but this specific situation really bothered me. I had my destination wedding in Cancun a few weeks back. A couple months ago, my husband and his groomsmen went to this store (at different times) to buy their outfits. They had the exact color on what to order. Ms Jennifer gave them a color option saying the colors would only be on the inside of the vests. (I don’t even know why she’d offer this but whatever). So the men picked out their colors (two chose blue, two chose dark gray, and one chose lighter gray). So when the last groomsmen went to get their vests (before choosing a color), he asked another lady and she said it would be inside AND outside the vest, but she didn’t really speak English so it was hard to understand. My husband calls Jennifer just to confirm it would be inside only. She said yes….. fast forward to a month later, the vests finally come in and a BIG oopsie. All the vests had totally different colors on the inside AND outside. I was pretty upset because ms Jennifer is a manager and not sure how she’d give us the wrong information. Not a big deal because we were still 2 months out. We went in person to talk to her about the situation and she didn’t even apologize for the mess up or miscommunication, NOTHING…but told us she’d order all one color …. Okay fine. So we wait and wait and we’re about 2-3 weeks out from the wedding. We called Jennifer asking for an update and she said it’s still processing and that we MIGHT get it in time but might not because she doesn’t know. Again, she doesn’t apologize she just acts like she doesn’t care. Which is weird and odd to me. She showed zero empathy. So we decided to call corporate and the lady was extremely helpful and said ms Jennifer never put in the order because she doesn’t see it on her side. Wow??? Really??? So the lady said she will expedite the shipping and said we had a 75% chance of it coming before we left for our destination wedding. We called corporate again and the same lady said it’ll arrive the day before we leave for Cancun. Which it did. I’m so thankful we called corporate (not to get Jennifer in trouble but to get the vests we paid for.) but I will never use this store again. There was no apologies or even trying to accommodate to this situation. Be ware of Jennifer. I’m glad it worked out in the end but not because of Jennifer. Worst customer service. Ever.

Very rude! Was not allowed to try more than 2 shirts since they don't want to refold them. Surprised by the attitude towards customers. It's alright, found better shirts elsewhere.?

This has never happened to me before. I stood respectfully at the register while a an older blonde behind the register folded clothes and never acknowledged me. Then as a Caucasian customer walked in she greeted him as he walked in the door and helped him get a suit. I expressed this to her coworker who said maybe she didn’t see you? I was standing at the circle on the floor that says 6ft apart just a few feet behind the register. Then the same employee had the audacity to ask “can I tell you something?” I said sure. She literally told me to never have my too collar unbuttoned. I mean she’s openly insulted my choice to button my collar button? Absolutely worst service and the blonde lady should be fired.
