!!!!Ask for Andy!!!The only reason I ended up being at your front door as a first time customer was because of Andy V. He was advertising a sale and showed some products on social media -- which intrigued me to make the 30 min drive out to the outlets to check out what you guys had going. With the service and care, Andy, provided --- you have gained a long time customer. He represents your J&M really well. He made amazing recommendations and you can tell he wasn't being too sales-y either -- it was clear he was coming from a position of contribution. Thank you for the Ritz Carlton experience, Andy.

Good selection and service, same exact shoes you can get at their regular store but less expensive. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is they didnt have my size for my first choice. Fortunately my second choice was available and very comfortable.

I drop by a few times per month to check out their latest offerings , but they always have deals. The few times I have bought shoes or accessories, it was a great deal and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I have bought a pair of Navy WR Suede/Tan Calf shoes from this store three weeks ago and they only give me one shoe lace. So I called them asking for the other shoe lance. After couple days, I received the shoe lance but it's not the same color. I called them again to exchange the wrong shoe lance. They replied that they cannot change the shoe lance unless I come in person. I told them that I normally go to Leesburg every half year (20-30 miles drive) but I need the shoe lance so I can wear my shoes. I offered to send them pictures about the shoe lance and mail them back the wrong one. Still no, the manager said that he did not have any phone/email so anything I can contact him. I have to come back to in person in order to change a singe shoe lance. At that point, I decide not to do business with this store anymore. I can only give one star to this store due to their poor customer support. Do not buy anything from them if you don't want to drive back to change your product.
