I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Jerry's Leesburg Ford dealership, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere.The saleswoman, Jennifer, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. She was patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Her professionalism and genuine interest made the entire process stress-free.The store manager, Steve, was also involved in ensuring a smooth transaction. He was attentive to any questions or concerns I had and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. His expertise and willingness to accommodate my requests were greatly appreciated.Finally, the gentleman who handled processing, Chris, efficiently handled all the paperwork and financial aspects of the purchase. He was thorough in explaining the terms and options available to me, making sure I understood everything before signing any documents. His attention to detail and professionalism made the paperwork process quick and hassle-free.Overall, my experience at Jerry's Ford dealership was top-notch. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff to the seamless transaction process, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Jerry's Leesburg Ford to anyone in the market for a new car.

My experience with this dealership was horrible. The sales manager was very rude. You’d think they’d want to get a deal done, not the opposite. Originally they wanted 20k down and I said OK. Then it changed to 37k down. Every time I said OK, the conditions changed. I’ve done business through Koons Tyson Toyota in the past and I will say there is a huge difference. The people at Koons actually care. There’s a reason why they’re the biggest dealership on the east coast.Don’t support this dealership.

Started a drive to VA from NC to buy a dark horse they originally priced at 80k, then dropped to 72, then 65-68K. The application was already submitted and we had been talking to the sales guy for about 2 days. Half way through our drive to Jerry’s I got a bad feeling and I decided to text the sales rep to let him know how far out we were. About 5 minutes later he calls saying “someone came in with cash and bought it already” (keep in mind only 2 hours had passed since we last spoke, so that’s a pretty fast deal). He asks if we want to are interested in any other cars there and suggests we still make the trip to have a look. We explained we were only interested in that car, turned around and went home a little sore on that but understanding (cash is cash). Here’s where things get sleezy for a second time: 2 days later after we had already made a purchase we were happy with, the rep texts us to let us know “the dark horse is still on the table” somehow? Huh? We were happier with our alternative choice but this very much felt like a slap in the face from this dealership. We didn’t even purchase here and got a shady and questionable experience. I DO NOT recommend.

This was the absolute worst dealership that I have experienced. Not 24hrs after I had gotten my car, the sunroof broke and they refused to have any help in fixing it. When I asked how much they would charge to fix it they told me 9,000 which is absurd. On top of that, a week later I turned on the A.C to find out that it was broken and not blowing cold air. It worked during the test drive which leads me to believe that they filled the car with refrigerant so it would work well for a few hours just to get rid of it faster. They also claimed that the car had a full service which I am starting to suspect not to be true because the change oil light has already come on after only driving it 500 miles. Overall I feel that this dealership is extremely un honest and no one should buy a used car from them. I will never buy another car from them again.

This dealer is the most shady one out of them all. Never buying anything from them or Ford again for allowing these people to do this. They hide fees in the overall price and do not include it in the purchase order break down. Then when you notice the discrepancy they say “oh that’s a fee we have” but again, the fee is not in the purchase order break down.

Brought my Ford Escape for an oil & filter change and waited for my vehicle in there clean, spotless waiting area. Service dept friendly, quick and efficient. Even had a new battery put in my Key Fob. I bought my car here and I will continue to use them.

Wife and I bought 2 cars same day, been 6 months waiting on Jerry's to find the title they said they had when we signed papers, which they physically still don't have and we are still unable to get permanent plates and register the car and keep having to use temp ones they send, today the car won't even start, is a total lemon in my opinion and we will NEVER do business with or recommend this place to anyone!!!! I would give minus stars if possible, we have been buying cars from Ford dealerships for 45 years and this is the first and worst experience we have ever had.!

We bought a used GM car here. So far so good. Love the car. The staff is friendly and very honest. At every turn, they will bend over backwards to get you the right deal for you. The actual purchase took less time than your typical dealership experience. A+! Thanks Jerry's team.

Husband and I went to Jerry's Ford looking for a car. Phil was one of the best salesmen we've ever worked with. Up front and super easy to talk to and work with. Finance was great too. No one talked us into something we didn't want or ready for. After looking at a different car then we expected husband and I drove off with a car we are very happy with. Can't say enough great things about this dealership. Didn't waste our time, didn't pressure us to buy something we weren't 100% into and made sure we were happy with our decision. Phil made sure we got what we wanted and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely be back in the future.

Went to look at a truck and was literally just looking and wanted to test drive over Labor Day weekend the were insulting and nasty and tried to rip us off on trade in. The manager with another associate were speaking in another language and laughing and looking over at us and another American couple as well. They are not willing to work with you and unprofessional.The sales guy was polite and helpfully but the manager could not walk over and introduce himself or make any kind of attempt to be professional. I have heard this about this place but had to see for myself. Good luck with your job and sales douche bag. I would not do business with these people go to Koons as we got our deal over there and they were very professional.Jerry's in leesburg sucks next time speak english and and be professional asshole!!!!!

Great Dealership! Easy to talk to and they actually listen to you. Gave them straight numbers and they didn’t try to sell me things I wasn’t interested in. Raman was a great salesperson and she was easy to talk to. Amar is a great manager and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to this dealership. Thanks Jerry’s!!!

I tried to purchase a 2010 Shelby GT500 from this dealership. The over valued the car with the miles making it difficult to get financing then lied to me about why they couldn't get the financing. I then tried to get financing with my own bank and asked for compete final sales price to which they gave me an invoice with incorrect negotiated price on it, I informed them need to correct it and get me a correct one so I could finish my loan approval and they never replied. I would stay well and clear of this dealership.

Took my truck to the service center for a check engine- they could not look at my truck for a week- made an appointment- went to drop off the truck the Monday service and the disinterested service writer - same one that made feel as unwelcome as possible the first encounter was there still - any way I said the check engine light went out - she said nothing we can do - sorry - I guess I have to break down along the road before they can tell what's wrong - didn't make sense to me - they would tell me I'd need brakes - transmission fluid flush and fill - of course a 4 wheel alignment- cabin air filter - when all I'd want is an oil change.I'll take Jerry off my list for repair shops in Leesburg VA too - Maybe I dodged a bullet here, maybe the service writer was purposely sending me signals ' take your truck elsewhere ' Fixing cars is not my thing - I'll start looking for another shop with good reviews nearby - Never been turned away by dealer service ever Head scratcher and disappointed since I feel I can't rely on a safe trouble free journey in my F150

We ordered a truck for my wife through Jerry's Ford in Leesburg, VA.It has been one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership in my 50 plus years of purchasing cars. We started with Phil who was great and guided us to Bruce Johnson who procced the order and was the main contact there after until the arrival of the truck. Bruce was very accommodating and pleasant. He remembered us and our order, kept us informed of the progress through out the process. Additionally, when ordering he had some excellent recommendations as what packages to add and avoid. We are truly thankful to him.Based on our experience with Bruce and Phil we highly recommend Jerry's Ford of Leesburg .
