GEICO recommended Jerry's Collision as a collision center to perform repairs. The entire experience with Jerry's Collision was beyond belief. Jerry's Collision had one excuse after the other for why the repair took 9 weeks to complete. I have been driving cars for over 50 years - I have had a few collisions during that time, and I have had friends and family members who have had collision repairs. This has been -- by far -- the worst experience in collision repair in my life or in the experience of family and friends.Services: Painting

Beware Jerry's Collision -- The entire experience was beyond belief. The repair took 9 weeks to complete. I have been driving cars for over 50 years - I have had a few collisions during that time, and I have had friends and family members who have had collision repairs. By far -- the worst experience in collision repair in my life. Because of the delays in getting the repairs completed (over 9 weeks -- a total of 71 days), we were without a car causing delays in medical appointments, food shopping, necessities, etc. -- a horrendous experience.

Jerry's was the recommended body shop by Toyota, so of course we went there. Then we learned that they're a preferred body shop by the insurance company, so that was a win. Debbie handled everything and made it so easy for us. Her customer service is top notch! If we ever need body work done again, we will go here.

First review I’ve ever had to make… I have never experienced such horrific customer service and car service in MY LIFE. To top it off, over the past few weeks I saw FIVE reviews with the exact same problem as me.I hit a deer with my car 8 weeks ago. I bring it in, they say it should be ready in 5 days. The ONE thing I asked of them was to please keep me updated if it was going to be longer because I need a rental for work. Never called me once. We call for an update (on the date it’s supposed to be ready, and we haven’t heard from them) and they say the parts came in broken and they have to reorder.Two more weeks come along - no update. We call and they say “oh they’re broken again!” Every mechanic I asked said this sounded made up or that the parts lady, Debby, is incompetent. It’s definitely both. To top it off, the other receptionist, Wendy, was extremely rude and as another reviewer put it beautifully “needs a serious attitude adjustment.” Spoke with Eddie the manager, seems like a nice guy, but incompetent as well I suppose. Beg him to update us and he assures us they will. Need a hint? They didn’t. Doesn’t stop there folks. After EIGHT LONG WEEKS of me being car-less, needing to get to work with ZERO updates, they call and said “LOL, it’s seems it’s gonna be a total loss claim because they don’t make the parts for my car anymore.” I’m sorry? What was Deborah or Wendy ordering for the past EIGHT weeks then?Can’t make this up even if I tried. Now I am frustrated, car-less and now I’m sitting here wasting even more time writing a review because of Jerry’s Collision Center! Stay safe and avoid for your sanity, folks!

Work was great and flawless. The time to get in for an estimate and work completed took a couple of months, but this is consistent with the area and you have to be patient. The entire staff was very nice and tried to help as much as they could to ease the inconvenience. They are easily a 5 star rating. Again be patient with the process as companies that give amazing results are busy but are worth the wait.

Easily the worst experience I’ve had with any auto shop. Work required was 1-2 weeks…took over 7 weeks. I was repeatedly lied to about my car for over 3 weeks where they literally forgot about my car. Avoid at all costsServices: Auto engine diagnostic

Insurance company suggested Jerry's after a small accident...HUGE MISTAKE. Do not take your vehicle to this place. They've had my car for 3 weeks and have done nothing...they have lied repeatedly throughout the process about parts, timing, status, etc. This place is a total scam...like the repair shops you hear about in the news. I'm having to speak with my insurance to remove my car from Jerry's because the experience has been so bad. Avoid this place at all costs.

Quick turn-in process. Work with Enterprise car rental so I was picked up in less than 10 minutes after handing over my car. They completed the work in the estimated timeframe given in estimate. Very fast service.Services: Body & Trim
