Almeta, at the Clarksburg location, provided some of the BEST customer service I have ever had. Friendly, fashionable, recommended an item to complete my outfit, and was just amazing.

I gave three stars the store was under staffed the dressing rooms were "closed" I try my clothes o. In another store. Which is unacceptable I need up being my clothes just to go back to store to make a return. I should have just used the dressing rooms anyway. Other then that the staff was friendly. At one point a former staff member walk in who from I over herd moved over seas. Store manager let him use the fitting rooms which I thought were "closed" what's good for the goose should be good for gander. I also heard the store manager state she needed to cut 29 hours which is why the dressing rooms were close.To the store manager might not want to talk so loudly never know who's listening.

I was here on a Friday evening and there were barely 2 or 3 customers in the store. The staff were complaining amongst each other about all the work they had to do before the day ends. They were loud enough gossiping around. As I walked through the store none of the associates came up to offer any help or assistance while they were too busy chit chattering. They seemed exasperated about having to do their routine jobs. Poor service overall. I did purchase an item , which was very specific to why I made a trip to the store , regardless would've spent more time and looked through other stuff had the environment been friendlier and worthy.

Awesome staff and selection. They had a shirt that was sold out everywhere. I made multiple attempts to get at other locations and they had it on hand. Couldn't be any happier because they totally made my night. The person whom I assumed was the manager was extremely courteous and professional.

My wife got a shirt here for $5 (on the clearance rack) and a bunch of other shirts for like $12 each. All of them were actually really nice.Staff was friendly.

Make sure everything makes it into your bag after you pay for it. I was missing a pair of socks when I got home and was told I had to drive back and that they couldn’t just process a return over the phone.

What a terrible experience!!! Saleswoman was not aware of pricings displayed in front of her. Making statement like 'I can't verify if the price is correct'. Not aware of discounts given to healthcare workers by the store as we asked to confirm. Even the professional credentials was presented, she refused to acknowledge to verify. Did not look at us during the entire transaction. Angrilly threw unwanted item away that almost hit another staff. Shuffled our purchased items in the bags without careful folding. Missed at least two sensors tagged to items. We have been a loyal customer, but this experience makes us think again due to the treatment of the salesperson. We believe the manager was there and decided not to correct the malbehavior.

We come here a 3-4 times a year & have always had a great experience. Not the tidiest store but that’s all outlet stores. Great discounts and inventory. My husband and I always find at least 5 pieces of clothing that will suit us! They also allow a student/teacher discount

The store itself is fantastic! The manager on duty the night of 12/11/21 however was rude. Betty or Betsy was her name and she had one horrible attitude toward customers. First she yelled at everyone in the store to move bc we weren’t “standing in line” correctly. Needless to say there was nothing showing you where the line was. She blew off a customer asking a simple sizing question. Then that same customer was ordering an item from online with the cashier helping and she was standing there huffing and puffing at the customer. She seemed very bothered by everything and was taking it out on the customer. We all have bad days but that doesn’t mean you need to take it out on your customers.
