I had the best experience with the care team during my outpatient appointment, Paul at the desk went above and bevond to helo my husband and I with our myChart questions, Nurse Yasmin was so kind and treated us both with respect and care. Dr. Wright is the best, she is the only doctor I would entrust with myself and my family's care. Dr. Wright actually took the time to answer all of my questions and educate me on the different Meningitis vaccines, and she was friendly and I couldn’t think of any other doctor who I would want to be my PCP other than her. Paul and Sarah at registration were the best and Nurse Yasmin they all went above and beyond to help make my physical appointment a success. I can’t wait to go back for my physical next year. Even if I moved away from Leesburg I would probably still visit this office. Also, I called back the next day with a question and they answered the phone after 2 rings. All in all, great outpatient care site. Thank you guys!

My son is a patient here. He was prescribed mental health meds but missed a follow-up because.... he has mental health issues. He is in crisis and unable to be seen in the office and I am begging for help and management DOES NOT CARE.

Seriously lacking in basic customer service over the phone. I tried to call 4 times today. Was placed on hold and hung up on with no call back and no explanation. The last time I called they didn’t even speak to me. Immediately placed me on hold and then hung up. I can understand an office being busy or being overwhelmed with calls. However, it’s very easy to explain that and say that you will call back with an answer once you’re able. Plan and simple.

I loved this office until they got rid of my dr. Dr Sedighi is the best dr I have ever had!! He takes the time to listen, answer questions and he generally cares. Shame on Inova for turning into Valley health. I hope he opens his own practice or another office hires him!! He is a GEM!! I will probably give the dr he suggested a try but if she's not going to take the time he did, I will find another dr.

The worse Inova office in Leesburg. No respect for patients specifically minorities… front ladies lack of professionalism and humanity. Never go there . Made an appointment online next day 9:30am then they move it to 10:30 and then to 1:30pm they place me with a NP no doctors when I requested to see a doctor…. They charge me my copay . Told themI wanted a refund I left the office. Never going back again. I will file a complaint with INOVA.

Dr. Wright is amazing. Saw her for my annual physical and blood work. She has excellent bedside manner, actually listens to your concerns and takes her time with you. The receptionist at the front desk, physician assistant and phlebotomist were all friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Wright.

I found everyone to be very pleasant Dr Wright was great and seems to really care. The whole staff made it the quickest Dr appointment I've ever had and I had 3 different test to take. Thanks y'all

This is the only doctors office that I ever experienced such a long wait time over the phone. When I mean long wait times, I mean you are on queue for AT LEAST 25-30 mins. I typically see Dr. Ta, who is great and very responsive. However, I will need to find a new primary care going forward because unfortunately regardless how well a physician might be. Long wait times and phone operators get in the way of good healthcare service. I will not be returning.

They take way to long to see patients, refill prescriptions and don’t know what they are doing. I’ve had to wait days to get medication when before hand it would take a couple of hours to refill prescriptions.

My family and I have received excellent routine care here; however, for urgent care we go elsewhere, because it's not always possible to be seen within 48 hours at this location. As others have mentioned, phone wait times can be very long. The last time I called, the automated system said there were 20 callers ahead of me and the "request a call-back" feature was not working.
