AWFUL. I went here in desperation after my amazing EA died unexpectedly before filing for me this year. Rita was completely unresponsive to me and still is after paying what was a ridiculous amount of money to file for business and personal. I cannot get her to return my calls or emails. The lady at the front desk is heinously rude. Will never go back.

Impressed with the knowledge base of the tax preparer. I had a difficult return with a lot going on, but he knew everything off the top of his head. I fact checked a lot of it when I was at home and it was all right. That's just what I do... :) Great service and the reasonable price. Highly recommended and will come back.

I have been waiting to have my taxes completed and no will call me back or respond to my emails or messages. This place is a really disappointing. Just call me and give me an update. That is all that I am asking.

I made an appointment with this company, but after five minutes talking with the ‘tax expert’ I walked out! He was an amateur who had to ask his colleagues for basic information. And I mean BASIC information. He didn’t even know how to enter 1099-int information, for instance!

Allison that answers the phone is extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. She threatened to cancel my appointment without my permission. She clearly is an angry person and needs to get a new job.I have reported her to Corp .

Tried to do my taxes here, they said we don’t take email takes you have to print them out yourself . What a service never seen something like this , they don’t want to work !
