I entered the store a little before 8pm and went straight to the fitting room to try on bras. After trying on quite a few, I had narrowed it down to one particular bra and was going between two sizes. I stepped out of the fitting room to grab a few more in my other sister size to figure out what fit best. When I walked back to the fitting room to finish, this was 8:50, they locked the fitting room. A sales associate saw me and told me that the fitting room was closed and she did not let me finish. I told her that I just had a few more to try and she just reiterated that the fitting rooms were closed. I was disappointed because other businesses will let customers finish up and give them a few minutes of grace after the closing hour, in this case 9pm. That has also been my experience when I worked retail.Instead of buying anything I put everything back. I was considering buying my sizes online and then coming back in a month to return what I didn't end up with, per the Hanes One and Maidenform websites this is something you can do. But given the reviews customers have left about this particular store and how they treat online returns, I am now reconsidering. The prices are really good with Hanes Brands, but because it seems their customer service is very hit-or-miss, I am starting to think about trying a different family of brands for bras. The products are nice but customer service is also very important.Per their online website, returns are free and no hassle, no questions asked so for those who are driving to the outlet store in Leesburg, you might be better off getting a prepaid return label and shipping your return items back.

I visited this store on Black Friday and there was one Sales Associate in the entire store. The line was long and customers waited patiently and respectfully. The Associate assisted each customer, was kind and did it with a smile. She did an outstanding job and it was clear that everyone would be properly assisted. You know how to treat customers and you made an unfortunate experience into a Great Experience.

The worst customer service ever,I drove 30 minutes for an online return item and the manager said no online return on weekend. And not to mention how long they keep the line waiting holding the people in order for the customer to go shop for extra items to take the discount and after all the waiting time she refused to return my item. Drove back again in weekday and the same manager Maryam again refused the return saying their policy is to have a return slip printed with me which I am trying to understand although the order hasn't specify any requirement but still she could be more understanding and kind enough with treating customers assuming that was something out of her control. I work in retail and it is totally unacceptable to treat customers that way and make it so hard for them. Specially she was clear enough about remembering me coming for the second time for the same issue.Exceptionally bad store and unpleasant employees!

I just drove an hour to get here to return merchandise that doesn't fit. Website said the store is open until 7:30pm. I arrived at 6:30 to find the store closed. I called and the clerk who answered said they close at 6. Someone needs to update the website. This is a terrible inconvenience.
The only reason I didn't try on the bras when I bought them is because the store is a disorganized mess, and there was a backup to get into the one dressing room they had open. When I come back over the weekend -- another two hour round trip -- it will be the last time I ever step foot in this store.

Worst customer service, ever!!! Shoe liner size mislabeled as small/medium, but does not fit 6 1/2. Refunded only half price of 2nd package because tried on one pair of 1st package. Will never go back, even though shopped there regularly.

Was not impressed at all by their managers customer service! I ordered something online and drove a ways to Leesburg Outlets to return it because it was damaged and she was very short and rude and said that she couldn’t help me because their main office was closed because of the holiday. That she would hang onto it and call me and let me know what refund they will offer me! Really? I want all my $ back not my fault it’s damaged. I was just very shocked that she would treat a customer like that! Of course I left and called them myself. Won’t go back.
