You might already know that this company and affiliates do not have a good reputation in customer service.Items are rather over priced.Price tags are not accurate.Long wait at the cash register. Prices are a bit high compared with the quality.They don't accept students discount.

I love this location but it is a 50/50 chance if the staff working that day will have any customer service.Its clean and not packed with clothes so you can move about. They tend to have open and clean dressing rooms too

Cashier#3024376 who claims to be the manager at this gap factory store@leesburg, VA has 0 customer service skills, she is rude and disrespectful! Unfortunately even my 10yo old felt her negative energy! she need to learn basic human empathy skills ! She’s rolling her eyes, horrible body language and downright rude when answering questions! Gap Factory please look into this matter!! I will explain in details about the incident and how she made us feel to your complaint department but highly recommend you to pull the video and listen to her interaction with clients!!

No one answers the store phone. Emergency; a personal item was left in the store and I live a hour+ away. Can't get anyone on the line I've called 10 times since they've been open in a span of 4 hours. I will be returning my items to the local GAP and continue to spam this locations phone until I get a rep on the line. Absolutely ridiculous.On top of the terrible customer service experience I had the day before I am not happy. Price labeling is wrong and no one wants to help with a question all we get his "points" to the direction of a product. NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE STORE, you can walk us to a product and assist your customers. After noticing the price was labeled wrong they tried to take the tag off and not honor the price listed until I threatened to not buy anything and contact someone. The people working there are a -5 on the helpful scale. And mumbling a barely heard "thanks" (i think it was more of a "hmmm") after I spent almost $300 in here? I'll be contacting a district manager or something; I don't usually do things like that but since I can't get any help retrieving a lost personal item in the store I am escalating this and finding time. Terrible.
