Just visited this establishment and while I waited in line for the actual representatives the what I assume was the manager, he was Asian, approached me to ask what I was doing I guess since I had a black bag. I said I’m shipping a bottle, and he asked if it was whiskey to which I stated yes. He let me know they don’t ship that which I know is 110% a bold-faced lie considering we ship these engraved bottles to our promoted employees throughout the year - with at least 5 or 6 promotions a year. We’ve provided it not only as-is where the employees package it and ship it but also as a previously packaged product. I attempt to tell him he can check the fedex account we have on file, but he cut me off to let me know they don’t ship that so I told him that’s cool I’ll go to the one by work, which I just called and let them know we would bring this by tomorrow if they can package and ship it and they were more than happy to. Considering we’ve used this specific leesburg address to ship these bottles a number of times I’m not sure if he’s new, just didn’t want to work because it’s “later in the day” now and he wants to dip out, or just being lazy. Not sure, but considering he doesn’t even know the rules, or his employees don’t this is the first time to ever be kicked out and unable to ship this item from this location.
I guess note to self just pre-package and I guess don’t tell them what you’re shipping because they wouldn’t know anyway 😂 because again, we’ve been here 4 times already this year and have done this with no issues. It usually takes less than 2 minutes they’re so ready to accept it

I had to ship out to really large boxes and the team there was very helpful and responsive. The negative comments must be from people that don't know where they are. Great customer service!

I had to drop off a prepaid package at FedEx so stopped at this one since I was in Leesburg that day.
There is a Kiosk at the front desk where you can scan your label, print a receipt and place your box in the drop box.
The staff was kind of busy with someone else but directed me on how to scan my box.
This FedEx isn’t in a typical spot, it’s not visible from the parking lot in the front of the building, but you can see it from the corner of Fort Evans Road and Battlefield Parkway.

I’m very disappointed with the service at FedEx in Leesburg, VA. They promised next-day delivery from Leesburg to Wilmington, DE, but the package is still not delivered. The tracker now shows a 7-day estimate, which is completely unacceptable for such a short-distance shipment. I was told the delivery would take no more than 5 days, but even that promise has not been kept.
I no longer need the package after 7 days. By the time it arrives, the person who needs it will no longer be at that location. This delay has made the shipment pointless. I strongly recommend using UPS instead - FedEx has proven to be unreliable in this case.

Avoid fedex as much as possible.
They upsell services and products such as quoting moderately acceptable prices for shipping on the one hand, then tricking you into paying a lot of money for a box! Pure con.
Yes, you can walk away, but they time the reveal of the full price when everything is almost done. Deceptive practices.
Avoid.

I hate lines and slow service. I pick FedEx on purpose because I've used this location so much and I never have to wait and they are always efficient. If it's prelabeled, there is even a machine to drop it selfservice in the front like the post office. I have shipped a lot $30k of eBay goods over the years and I find that FedEx I have less issues with damage. I also used their packing service when I had to ship a Alienware gaming laptop and didn't have the original box.

Dropped off my package for a 2day AM delivery at 5:45pm on a Tuesday for a Thursday by 12pm delivery. It did not get processed until 1pm on Wednesday and now won't get to my client until Friday by 12pm after they need it. I called customer service and they were completely not helpful. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they couldn't transfer me and proceeded to hang up on me. I have had a business account with them for years and now I'm thinking I need to look elsewhere for better reliable delivery and customer service. I rarely leave reviews but I am so upset about how this process has been handled.
