Sorry, but Sham needs to be there or place goes downhill quickly. Today's experience was as bad as it can. Got there before 9:00 to be 1st customer, I was. Started out fine. I asked for same print work I've done 5 times in a row, and handed over USB where the file was. After staring at screen for several minutes, I walked away to let employee concentrate. Not another word was spoken. Other customers came in, several really, employee engaged them 1 after another. No words spoken to me. After 20-30 minutes and 5-6 other employees, I asked for USB drive back. Was given to me, wordlessly, and I went across the street to UPS, got my 5 copies printed, easy as can be.Need Sham back, or Sham to do some training.

Store is a joke. They have a 1000% Mark up on boxes. They cost $1 at Walmart only to cost $10 at FedEx. That doesn't include any of the actual shipment. Not to mention I was being " helped" by the manager who seemed way too busy doing other work on his computer. I was the only customer in the store and it took 15 minutes to get a label and a price of a box. Won't be returning.

Very nice people working here, very clean and very efficient and reliable. Definitely recommend this business as we have used them several times and are 100% satisfied.

I've used this location countless times and they are always courteous, fast and efficient. I guess I could look for a drop facility that is closer to my house but why would I mess with a good thing?I don't think I've personally shipped anything but most every time it was a situation where I'm shipping a RMA for some broken something. Parking close to the door is a bit hard, congested but I park in the large lot adjacent and walk.I've had so many things broken in shipment by other carriers it seems also that FedEx takes care not to drop ship (literally) the box. Today, I'm returning a brand new Alienware gaming laptop that was destroyed in the journey to my house by another carrier w/3 letters.

Michael is a gem! Fast, able to multitask (scan, copy, mailing packages, etc.), and super helpful overall! Thank you for making this trip to kinkos quick & painless! Highly recommend Michael!
