I'm giving them two stars because we didn't have to wait very long at this location. I would give them one star for the following reasons: 1. We ordered a car in advance online. They did not have the car. 2. They then offered to "upgrade" the car we ordered for the same rate, which sounds really nice, until you realize that a sub-compact is actually a downgrade from a full size (or at least the subcompact has a cheaper rate than the full size.) When we told them that hey, you're making us pay more money than the rate, they played it off as "oh our rates can differ from online." We asked them to lower the rate. 3. They had some sketchy, "It's in my touch up line" statement, and frankly, I don't know what they were doing, but they were acting suspicious, and I would not be surprised if they were trying to make the car look nicer and hide any imperfections (which to be fair, it was raining so scratches weren't as visible anyways.) Anyways, I do not recommend this enterprise. They seem more interested in extracting money than actually helping.

I would avoid this rental place and look elsewhere. Had an accident a couple of months ago and insurance company agreed to pay for a rental car. When I went to pick it up they asked if I wanted extra insurance for $60. I agreed as I am very busy and was coming fresh off of an accident. The $60 was based on three days of rental which was requested by insurance company, but I wasn't told this at the time. The repairs took much longer, about three months. When I went back to return the car they charged my card $2000 because the daily insurance had added up. Nowhere on the contract or terms did it say it would continue to be a daily charge. They never reached out to ask if I wanted it to continue. The car's safety inspection and registration had also expired about a month before I take it back and they hadn't bothered to tell me about that either. When I tried to dispute this the manager just went ahead and ran the card on file without even getting my permission. I tried to dispute charges but you know how this goes with big corporations. Since lawyering up would cost more than what I would get out of it I just had to eat the $2000. I would avoid this dishonest company and office. They will knowingly and purposely find a way to rob you and they have a big corporation backing them that's also dealing with their own class-action law suites.

We have a rental car from here currently because my boyfriend’s car was hit. Last Friday while it had snowed all day and only 2 hours before enterprise closes they called him and told him they sold the car and needed it back… He asked if they could come bring him a new one and take the old one because he was still working and there was no other time for him to bring it. They said they did not offer that service however I saw on here someone said they came and picked her up at their house. They had brought it to us at caliber collision originally. When we got to the office we found out there was only one person working. So while it it still snowing outside my boyfriend left work early to take it. When we get there and complained the worker said “well I said at your earliest convenience”. To which his reply was that he works in DC and leaves/gets home before they open/close. I would be vary of this location because you never know if they will inconvenience you and ask for a car back. As a side note I wouldn’t go to the sterling one either because they will give you a car with 15 miles to empty in the gas tank. Based on our experiences we will probably try Hertz if we ever need a rental car again.

Used a vehicle from them while my vehicle was at a shop for some repairs. Didn't go to their location because their representative was at the shop already processing rentals for other clients as well, and I dropped off the keys to the shop staff once I picked up my car. There were no enterprise reps there at the time because they don't have a base there. The staff that gave me the vehicle in the beginning was friendly. The process can get quite lengthy when their iPad couldn't connect online to complete the documentation process.The vehicle was fairly clean and easy to drive. There were no surprise charges or anything of the sort. I had a fairly positive experience. Would most likely employ their services in the future should I need them.

I needed a rental car during the 5 weeks my car was in the shop. I had outstanding service through Enterprise in Leesburg. They came to my home to pick me up, check-in was simple and quick, staff were all super friendly and accommodating, and I was able to return the car off hours while they were closed. I highly recommend Enterprise.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Leesburg. Their customer service is excellent. They coordinated with my insurance and had my rental ready for pick-up. They maintained communication throughout the process. Shawn assisted with securing the rental and Ethan maintained regular communication with us through phone calls, letting us know about drop off location/times/insurance coverage etc. I will definitely be returning to them.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced so far, staff were lazy and unprofessional. Reserved a passenger van, they offered us a mid size suv. Are you kidding me?? He said that’s all they have available in that location, and refused to call and find out other location’s inventory for us. He insisted we’ll have to call and find out ourselves. What’s the point to make an advance reservation if they don’t have our requested specific vehicle at the end?? Train your staff well, please! Avoid them at all cost!!!
