Machines are outdated, sometimes the sprinklers run on one side but not on the other, same for the soap. This last time, my credit card was charged four times, I was still not able to get the car properly washed. After chasing the owner for a refund, he refunded a partial amount and literally yelled at myself and my child. I felt very unsafe and should have called the cops on him. If Equipment do need maintenance and the operator needs to be able to get issues resolved and not scare customers way. His abusive behavior must end! I do not recommend this place at all!

Hardly any bay car washes in Loudoun County thankfully this one exists. Bays are usually clean and thankfully usually not a line to get in one.

You are able to select various soaps including pre-treat and regular soap but both have been out the last two times I've tried washing my car here. Basically I paid $10 to rinse my car with water. The last rinse is supposed to be spot free. I assume it's supposed to be reverse osmosis but I doubt it. I'd love to edit my review if the owner would respond back and commit to providing all of the soaps and clarifying how they provide spot rinse.

Be careful using the credit card option. It says the price is four dollars, but it will charge your card seven dollars.
