Come here for the best car buying experience! I just purchased a new car there last night and I am beyond satisfied with the service and attention to detail given by my salesman, Carlos Ortiz. I have purchased 7 brand new cars in the past 8 years and this experience was the BEST by far. He made what can sometimes be an unnerving process quite enjoyable. The finance manager, Mr. Yoo, was also extremely personable and joy to work with. The two of them made my day! Honorable mention to the receptionist who was so warm and welcoming despite the horrid weather, she was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Dulles Kia, for employing the most top notch, knowledgeable, and caring staff. I will be sure to recommend your salesman and dealership.

I bought my first car just under 3 years ago and my salesman was Mo. He was super helpful in the process and incredibly nice.A few days ago I visited Kia because my Kia Soul had a recall. I sat in the waiting room for a couple hours. After Mo realized how long I was there he offered me some pizza and someone to talk to. He continued to be super nice and considerate. lastly I told him that after I upgraded my phone my apple carplay would connect. Mo then fixed it in 5 minutes.Mo deserves a raise for being so helpful and considerate

Highly recommend Justin Jarvi in Service.Came into resolve a couple of warranty items and on our 1 year old vehicle. Had a terrible experience with a MD-based dealership (where the vehicle was originally purchased) from a service perspective as they didn’t do the job right. Brought it Dulles Kia …Justin gave detailed explanation of the problem, fix, with timely updates & got it all resolved. Waiting area is also good with multiple seating options.

Dulles Kia is truly honest and they will assist you get a best deal for the vehicle. Especially, other dealer shops are very aggressive for their dealer mark up and not cooperative. However, this dealership is able to cooperate with you and give the similar MSRP price. Ishwa was my salesperson she is very kind, delightful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Anyone who is looking to purchase a new car or used car. I strongly recommend her!! I just purchased my 2023 Sportage hybrid and I love it :)

Hands down One of the best experiences. I was severely anxious and had an unfathomed amount of questions and concerns. Bruno not only made me feel more than comfortable in my choice, but very thorough with knowledge in answering my questions and concerns. Ashley and Bruno made this such an easy process. Have just purchased a 2023 Kia Soul at Dulles Kia in Leesburg, VA. The whole purchase went very smoothly and my husband and I appreciated that we did not feel pressured. It was all very low key and unrushed. Carlos Ortiz was our sales person and he was helpful and professional. Once again, we appreciated the lack of pressure and the assistance from Carlos.

Called with service issue - 2023 k5 misfire. Told no loaners and I'd have to wait. Best option service manager had was to rent a car because although I bought a Kia I did not buy it from them. I guess thier Kia customer service is only available if you buy there.. maybe that's how it goes but it stinks. All of these questions about loaners and service were asked on purchase day, all answers were lies. Beware of this dealership and honestly while youre at it, beware of Kia as a whole.

For a dealership, I cannot understand the reviews until I walk down the street to deli south. The deli has 4 stars and worth 5 so I chalk up the 2.7 for Kia as really being 3.5. Dulles Kia does not upsell, they do the work needed and a thorough inspection. My dealer for life!!!

Needed a VA safety inspection for my vehicle. Most service stations in the area were not able to do it since my truck is lifted. Was in the Leesburg area and a friend recommended taking it to Dulles Motorcars KIA/Subaru. JUSTIN JARVI (service advisor) was friendly and asked to make myself comfortable in the waiting area. When it was completed, I was pleasantly surprised when Justin gave me the invoice for $0 (some promotional coupon applied). This kind gesture made my already good experience truly exceptional.

The service department is a hit or miss. Some days they are great, other times not so good. Depends on the people working and management. Certainly better than most service dealerships in the area but still needs improvements. I will never buy another Kia again based on the service i have received over the years.

Our sales consultant, Ishwa, went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. We test drove multiple vehicles and she kindly pointed out the pros and cons of each model. We were given plenty of time to make decisions and did not feel pressured as is often the case when car shopping. We are happy to have such a great local business nearly in our backyard.

Bought my first new car from them. Ended up needing warranty work at about 60k miles. The dealership was COMPLETELY helpful and took care of the work with no hassle whatsoever and provided us with a loaner for 2weeks. Best follow up service I’ve ever had.

Bought a great vehicle here back in 2017, excellent service then. My wife spent today talking with an associate about a vehicle we were interested in, she offered to hold the vehicle and we traveled an hour to look at it with an appointment that she was well aware of. As we walked in the door "Ashley" is now conveniently unavailable and had sold the vehicle. No call, no text. Interesting to see that service here has crapped the bed.
