This place is my go to dealership for any maintenance and service I need on my vehicles. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership back around 2016 & since then, I’ve leased a Kia Sorento and a Kia Telluride (current). Whenever I need an appointment, they are always happy to help find the best day/time that works for me. Friendliness, flexibility in scheduling, quality of service, helpful staff, etc. All I can say is that I have been a happy customer for years and will continue being a loyal customer because of my experiences there. Tom Nguyen is a literal saint. I bought a van from Dulles Motorcars in 2017 and was having some issues with the DMV over insurance years later because I moved to Florida. Tom went out of his way to dig up old records from 5 years ago and helped me work through the whole situation. I was really impressed that he went out of his way to help me even though there was no money involved. Definitely would do business with them in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I went in a few years ago to get my battery changed, and the salesman named Amir pressured me into giving them my car and trading it in for a brand new car that I clearly could not afford. They lied on my contract and said I made 73K a year when I only at the time made 40 K a year. when I tried to take it back multiple times throughout the year, they wouldn’t help me. I was taken advantage of because I had no knowledge of what was going on on . They just made it sound like I had to do it. A year later my car got repossessed because I couldn’t afford it..I have been so stressed out. I’m a single mom and now I have terrible debt and my credit is ruined. The salesman Amir hit on me as well and sent me inappropriate messages through Facebook about my breasts..I ignored it. This all was a year ago at the end of 2022 and the year of 2023. I should’ve wrote the review when this happened but I’m writing it now because Amir no longer worked for their company anymore and when I went back to talk to them, they said that he was bad and took advantage of a lot of people… I just drove by there today and I saw him out there with the general manager talking. Welcome back Amir. This place is messed up.

Trish is a great sales associate very knowledgeable about the dodge hellcats and despite I was approved on a Toyota Corolla it’a she guided me for a better opportunity for the future so great person to buy a car from she makes easy to buy a car and they have a great finance team that helped me get the best rate! Highly recommend this dealership and Trish! And I will be back for that hellcat!

The service department will take advantage of any opportunity to rip you off. Took my wife’s Pacifica in because the stop start system had an error message on the dash. Called me back after determining it was just the start stop battery which is a small battery that sits next to the main battery. They recommended replacing both the main battery (which I’ve had no problems with) and the start stop battery because supposedly they work off of each other which didn’t make sense to me. They quoted me a ridiculous price of $800.00 for both batteries and installation. I went to auto zone bought a start stop battery for $120.00 and replaced it in 30 minutes. Disappointing!

I drove from Newark, De. To this dealership. Not a pleasant experience trying to deal with the sales manager Tom. I looked at a used Hyundai Santa Fe. The sales price came to 13,977. The trade-in value was under 9,500. on Kelley Blue book. He told me there was no wiggle room on the price.?. With all the extra fees they tacked on, my out the door price was 16,096. I did not buy the Santa Fe. I read their bad reviews so I posted this review. Check all their 1 Star reviews and many unanswered complaints from the Better Business Bureau, which they're not a member of. I wonder why.

I would love to take this dealer group to court for all of the things they lied to me about (damage to the car they poorly covered up and refused to accept responsibility for, hidden fees they charged later, not submitting my lien payoff in a timely manner and making me liable for extra accrued interest, etc...). They absolutely screwed me on so many levels, lied to my face, and continue to change their story to this day. They also shared numerous documents with other customers' personal contact and financial information on them because they were sloppy and didn't pay attention.They have done absolutely nothing to amend the situation, but frankly, karma has come to them as they've been sitting on my BMW they took on trade about 2.5 months ago and have it listed far below what they paid for it. Serves them right. If you see this, don't buy the 2018 7 Series they have listed for sale. You're getting screwed.Two and half months later, they finally got me my title and registration, but still owe me money and keep coming up with new fees to ensure they don't pay it out. All this over an $80k Porsche. If you want an honest and fair transaction, don't shop here.

I have had an great experience with Dulles motorcars leesburg. I took my truck in for service. Ridge Bennet in the service department provided the best customer service I have ever had. His communication was top notch. He went out of his way to accommodate when I was in a pinch to get in and back out quickly. I use my truck for work. I wish other Dodge locations I have frequented in the past had the quality of service I received from Ridge.

Very positive experiences with service, parts, sales, and finance departments. I especially appreciated Mohammed keeping me informed on opportunity and status of a special edition vehicle; and Ali's guidance finalizing paperwork. Even though buying a new car is inherently stressful, this dealership team has always been fair, direct, and accommodating (with information through texts, calls, and in-person meetings) throughout the process, including once deal struck or service follow-up.

I am giving one star because the service desk picked up the phone.The person I spoke to, simply about tires, was snarky, obnoxious and condescending.He interrupted every single sentence I began and seemed to enjoy it.Because of this, I did not bring my vehicle in and will never bring my vehicle there for any reason, not will I do business with them in any capacity.Attitude comes from the top down. If this is how he is allowed to treat customers, chances are the leadership enabled it because that's how they treat others.I'll bring my business to Sterling, they know how to treat people respectfully.

Went in on Wednesday Oct 11th to see a used car they had advertised online. Seemed like a good value, and we were very much in need of a second car to commute to work. Well we sat with Ethan one of the salesmen and negotiated and went back and forth, test drove the car and stuff. The AC needed fixing so they said that they ordered the part and that it would be in the following Monday and that they would hold the car for us and then we could come and finish the paperwork and take the car. Not only did they not call us , they ended up selling the car to someone else that came in. We called to check the status on the car when they broke that news to us. Unprofessional liars, cheats and pieces of garbage. Said that "policy" doesn't allow them to hold a used car, yet that is what they had told us initially. After seeing all the terrible reviews on here we should have never stepped foot in that dealership.

Ridge is the best!! From the moment I called until the moment Ridge called me to tell me my Jeep was ready was incredible. It’s always a stressful situation when your car has issues. And then to deal with a second hand warranty company - I won’t even go there. BUT they took this right off my plate. And I can’t thank them enough for everything. They put me in an amazing loaner car. They continued to touch base with me. Filled me in on the process. If there was something they needed from me - I would give it and they took care of the rest. As a single mom I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and will continue to take our vehicles for years to come! Thank you to Ridge and the entire Dulles Motor Cars Leesburg team!!! Appreciate you all.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this dealership. They bought my car and assured me that I could collect my payment the next day. However, when I returned as agreed, they shockingly informed me that they intended to deduct $1000 from the previously agreed-upon selling price. I sold the car after we had completed inspection and all the necessary paperwork. This lack of professionalism led me to withdraw my car from their possession due to their unethical business practices. I strongly advise anyone considering selling their car at this location to withhold their vehicle until they have received their payment in full.

Caveat Emptor!I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox from these bandits in September 2022. In less than one year, and 10K miles, the vehicle already needs a new engine! I find it hard to believe these unscrupulous bandits weren't aware that the vehicle had major mechanical issues before selling it. This experience has been a complete nightmare! Stay far, far away if you value your resources.
