My hubby and I were in the DKNY at Leesburg Outlet, VA today. 1st, if you have not been in DKNY store, you need to check out this place, they have a great sales on men and women clothes and winter coats with very great discounts (up to 70% off). And, their products are definitely in the high end quality. My eyes were on a beautiful white/black winter vest jacket. Sadly they didn't have the medium size I want. But, WAIT. The manager, Hodes Owusu, is an angel ?. She went extra miles to look at their stocks and see if she could find the M size for me. But, unfortunately, it was all sold out. Angel Hodes helped me to look up at the DkNY located at NY's inventory and luckily they have 6 M size available. She got me the store phone number. I called and spoke to the store manager, Elizabeth, at NY (store 5104) and she is the 2nd angel? . I was able to purchased 2 M size vest jackets that I like and shipping to our house. I cannot thank them enough. I hope DKNY upper management see my feedback that they are definitely doing something right by hiring outstanding staff like Handes and Elizabeth. I have to be honest, I am not DKNY regular customer. But, now, I will be because of two outstanding mangers (VA & NY). They really changed my view about DKNY in a very positive way! Thank you ladies for your wonderful service ❤️

Do not order from this company. I placed an online order, and it remained in "Label Created" status. My items never shipped or was picked up by the carrier (Fedex). I contact support and was told my items were delivered. I requested a refund due to their long shipping delay, and I had to be out of town and could not wait any longer for the order to ship. I was told a refund was not guaranteed because a shipping label was created, albeit the order never went out. Beware they will scam you, and lie.

I would put 0 stars but its not an option. Just went here to try to return a shirt that was too big for me. The manager was TERRIBLE; She was extremely loud and aggressive. She was making a scene and raising her voice when new customers came in. It seemed that she was doing that to try to prove her point and make it seem like she was right. The name of the salesperson on the receipt said dummy, not sure if that was her name or she was being passive aggressive. Because of the way I was treated in this store, I will NEVER be shopping at DKNY EVER AGAIN!!!!

Manager , the black girl, so rude, have angry problem, she said , DKNY doesn’t have to train me to be manager. I am a manager.. what??Loll sometime I just curious what was inside her brain!

I have probably never seen so much raciest and worse customer service representative ever in any good brand store . Zenaida was so rude as soon as we walk in around the checkout process, she didn't even say Hi to start with . We walk in close to register she scan the product put it in bag and kind of throw in front of us( no word has been exchanged so far) she point her hand ( you can check camera to verify) towards card machine to pay and once it beep we take out the card . She fold receipts and gave it to us . No thank you no did you find everything ok . If you really hate to be in front of customers why do you even apply for customers service job just go and work in kitchen of mcdonal or somewhere ( probably even mcdonal wont hire her with that attitude and customer service but ...) if you really dont like the job , find somewhere else but do not give your attitude and rudeness to people who is there to spend money and time . Probably management is same type to who hire those people with that bad customer service

I purchased a few items as gifts this holiday season and when the recipient went to exchange one of the items she informed me they were final sale. No one ever mentioned to me that anything I purchased was final sale. It doesn’t reflect that on my receipt either. I called the store today, 01/03/2023 to speak with a manager, I spoke with Madison who’d informed me she was the manager on duty, but was so rude, I never even got a chance to tell her why I was calling. She never even asked. I asked for a GM and she told me to look the information up, she said there’s no corporate information she could provide either. Terrible customer service. I can see why the store is always so empty. I hope it closes to make room for another establishment that will value its consumers. They will never get another dime from me.

Oscar (the Manager), has been nothing less than professional, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful each time we visit the store. My husband and I always seek him out when there, because he is such a pleasure to interact with. Not only is he helpful to us, but I’ve observed his treatment of other customers, and his service is consistent! The young lady at the register was friendly and helpful as well, and I believe Oscar sets the tone. We will be back before Christmas and look forward to our next visit! Thanks again Oscar! You are a great asset to DKNY!!

I bought DKNY boots 45 days ago. But they were for a gift and the number I bought was bigger. When I came to DKNY I didn't ask for a refund, I asked to exchange the boots for another thing. I go to that store so much, the sellers know me. But this time the manager was very unfriendly to me. I asked 5 times to exchange for anything, but he was so rude. In any store they return the money, even after 90 days and I couldn't replace it. I will never go to DKNY again. I am very disappointed.
