They literally lied about price matching. They said they can’t take that much off although I got the item from the store next. Clearly you are sooooo over priced if the store next-door sells the same item for about 70% less.

I was shopping for a fishing rod for my son and headed over to the checkpoint. I had the most unpleasant experience with Deanna. She was cold and rude towards both my son and I. I will not be returning.

Came in looking for a hat that was no where to be found, Vinnie looked high and low in the stock rooms and found EXACTLY what I was looking for, nothing but excellent service from Vinnie!

Service, Diana, short lady, manager, is the most rudest person at checkout.. If I ever come into the store and shes the only one at the register, I will walk out.. She's rude to customers.. and talks to fellow employees like their dirt.

This store has a decent selection and it is clean. Matty, the sales associate, was friendly, kind, and did not make me feel like a total idiot when my card only covered a certain amount. She was super patient as I transferred money into my checking as well

It was very hard from 10am-1030am today to get employees to help me purchase a g shock mudmaster for pickup, as well as purchase 2 pairs of Oakley and Costa sunglasses. The customer service is not good at all - plus they just opened for the day! The line was building to purchase items and so I waited for service so that I could pick sunglass pairs to buy - happy to do that if the employees would do anything besides act like you’re going to shop lift something. To simply acknowledge someone has been waiting to see sunglasses for several minutes would have resulted in an easy sale
