Recently CVS has continued to downgrade prescription delivery to a minor subset of drugs after the pandemic. The subscription service does not deliver value at this point, and is not worth continuing.

**Issues with the Pharmacy:**
- Prescription was not ready despite receiving multiple notifications.
- Lack of communication about over-the-counter availability of the medication.
- Overcharged for a prescription that could be purchased much cheaper over the counter.
- Refusal to provide a refund when the cheaper alternative was found.
- Pharmacist prioritized speed over patient education and clear communication.

I know healthcare workers tend to be overworked and short staffed, but the pharmacist here needs to do better. My husband has gotten text notifications since Sunday that we have a prescription ready for pick up at this location. I go to pick it up (it’s for our child), and while walking to the pharmacy, I notice that this prescription might be over the counter. When they ring me up at the counter, it’s much more expensive than I was expecting, and I ask the tech about it. He makes sure my insurance is applied, and it is. I then ask him if the over the counter version is the same thing, just as a pill, not a liquid. He asks the pharmacist to come over to answer my question. I said the wrong trade name for the medication, and she says no, that’s only for adults. I walk around the corner while I wait for my prescription (it wasn’t actually ready), and notice this medication I just paid for is actually over the counter as a pill and costs $5 instead of $132. When I go back to the counter to ask for a refund, the tech asks the pharmacist who tells him no. When I asked her about it, she said that because I said the wrong trade name she wasn’t able to tell me that my child could take a much cheaper OTC version of this liquid medication I had just paid for. It was very frustrating and disheartening.
It would’ve taken all of 30 seconds for her to say, “actually, that medication isn’t the same as the one you’re getting, but ____ medication is. The only difference is that one is a pill. You’re paying for the suspension.” Instead she was rushing, trying to get everything done that needed to be done, and couldn’t take less than a minute for patient/family education. No one is dying at your pharmacy counter. Slow down and take one or two minutes to do what’s best for the patient.

Been using the s pharmacy for a month and they’ve already managed to mess my prescription dates up because they didn’t have my meds the original day I went to pick up. Even crappier is the fact that I had covid and couldn’t reach them by phone, so I had to go in to the store just to speak with them.
Do better.

After being patient for over 30 minutes to get my COVID-19 and Flu shot (since I was informed the pharmacy was short staffed), I was told “the system is having issues” and all they could do is offer the flu shot. I don’t know what kind of issues they’re having but being short staffed, having me wait for over 30 minutes, and then being told I can’t even get the shots I was scheduled for has been an extremely upsetting experience. I appreciate the professionalism of the individual in charge, but having seen others get their vaccinations with no issues before me and then going through what I went through has pushed me to write this review. I hope CVS gets more employees for this pharmacy or updates its system! Best of luck if you’re getting your shots here!

Go here! Conveniently located inside Target, so I can shop while I wait. The line is usually 0-3 people, and the wait time is 0-5 minutes on average. I LOVE the pharmacist Matt Z -- oh my gosh he is my hero every time I pick up a Rx. He quickly solves any problem or answers any Qs. I am truly grateful to him for everything he has done repeatedly. Excellent customer experience.

The pharmacist, Matt, is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff always greets me and answers any questions that I have. I use their app, which keeps me updated on the status of my prescription orders. We have been using this pharmacy for 15+ years and have never had an issue with them.

I recommend having Rxs ready for customers who obviously just had surgery and need meds right away. This pharmacy never has Rxs ready and often don't have enough of the Rx to fully dispense. Every time i pick up an Rx I tell myself it's the last time and this time it really was.

Wonderful pharmacist - got a prescription filled and flu shot, which I had booked at a Minute Clinic (forget they are separate), right after Sunday morning opening. One of the most pleasant and calm pharmacists I've ever had - his efficiency got me through two-in-one visit before Target got busy. Thank you!
