Pharmacist is horribly rude and inconsiderate! Called in prescription for a patient and physically spoke to the pharmacist to do so! I let her know the patient had an appt with us in an hour and he would be there to get the prescription in 25-35 minutes. She said that was fine and it would be ready. Patient got there 30 minutes later, only to have the pharmacist herself AND her staff tell the patient they never got the prescription and it was never called in. Once the patient came in and informed me of this, I called CVS right back. Once again, got the pharmacist on the phone who said "Oh well, it's not a big deal. I didn't know he was even here. Just tell him to come back" I let her know it's too late as the patient is here now and his appt is in 3 minutes. The pharmacist tried telling me she has a certain time before she is required to put anything in the system for any medication etc. I asked the pharmacist to please cancel the medication now as it is too late and will not be needed now and that this greatly affected the patient. Pharmacist said " okay canceled" and hung up the phone on me very quickly.

Pretty good store. I had ordered pictures and received an email that they were done so I went on a break to grab then and found out they were not done but they raced to finish them for me so that was a good thing

The lady accused me of shoplifting as I was packing my things up from self checkout. She demanded to see my receipt. After I gave it to her she did not apologize for the way she acted. It was weird, demeaning, and unnecessary.

Arrived at 5:59 with my sick son. they were closing up the pharmacy, 4 people still there. All I wanted was a box of mucinex-d and they wouldn't serve me.
