The service staff was very helpful and pleasant. I had a check engine light on and brought my car in. They diagnosed a cracked flex pipe. The issue I have is that it was going to cost north of $600 to repair. This after another recent repair for a different issue that was even more costly on a car with just over 80k miles. Here's the biggest issue: I elected not to have the repair done at your facility. I was there for 20 minutes and got charged $170. I know this isn't your staff's fault, but an hourly rate of $510 seems excessive. I was a fan of your dealership until yesterday. Don't think I will be buying another Buick or at least not from you.

Tracie in the service department was amazing. She communicated with me early and often, and kept me up to date on the progress of my service. She was polite and professional. Some of my parts are on order - I look forward to working with Tracie and the Country team again for my next appointment.

Tim and his General Manager were fantastic in my purchasing process from start to end.I drove a few cars before making my final decision. It was a far easy experience in car buying I have had. I definitely see myself purchasing another car in the future.

I purchased my truck Aug 2022. The purchase process was smooth and relatively fast. Since then I have used their service Dept 3 times. Each visit was for routine maintenance. Tracie and crew are exceptional!! They are professional, organized and know we all have places to be. They give you a timeframe and the vehicle is usually done prior to my promised time. I highly recommend Country GMC if you are in need of a vehicle or just need one serviced!

I‘ve always been and am happy with the service received from Country Buick GMC of Leesburg, VA. However I was and am unhappy with the GM window vent shields quality. Just as I ordered them when I ordered my 2002 GMC Envoy and Fairfax Buick GMC of Fairfax, VA (no longer exists)installed them before I received the Envoy on 7/17/2001 I did the same thing when ordering my present 2023 GMC Acadia at Country Buick GMC. They did their job. GM needs to know (if not already)that those window vent shields are of poor quality (much too thin), unlike the excellent quality of the ones installed for me on my 2002 GMC Envoy. They were so thin that my Acadia’s windows would push them out of their tracks and break them(two sets). So for now I’m doing without any vent shields at all. Even though the vent shields are much thinner or poorer quality than before they and service costs are probably at least triple now. I’m an auto mechanic of the dinosaur (carburetor) days and don’t work on autos anymore but I’m still particular of my vehicles and take much care of them. I kept my 2002 GMC Envoy from 7/17/2001-3/28/2023(over 22 years). For the record GM did an excellent job designing and building my 2023 GMC Acadia. I’m probably about 95% happy with it. I really do miss my CD player option. That’s the 100 - 5%. Keep up your great work GM. Hooah ?!

I’ve had a good experience in the past however this visit for a key fob replacement gets a poor rating based on the cost of this transaction. They key fob was $263 and with 1 hour of service for programming the total was $450 which is totally absurd for replacing a fob. My car was in service for less than an hour and I don’t think the service took a full hour because the guys were on their lunch break before they got started.I feel this transaction was unfairly high due to the fact that I have no other option to get a new key. Majority of the gripe goes to GMC for the cost of the fob.

I was treated in a professional and caring manner from the moment I called to explain my service need, through dropping off my car in Leesburg, through the acquisition of a loaner vehicle to picking up my fixed car. I have never in my life had such great confidence in a car dealership before. Kyle Blake is the best Service Writer I have ever worked with when our transmission when out. I feel he went over and above to accommodate us, especially with the warranty company. He's the best, thank you Kyle.

Happy with the entire experience. Thank you! We flew in from Michigan to get this Yukon Ultimate and they didn't surprise us with any new charges. It was even cheaper then they quoted us! We highly recommend this dealership and Niko was excellent!

I was initially going to give them 5 stars, as it had been easily the best buying experience I have had. I feel like 2 would be too low because of how the buying experience was and the people there seemed. The only thing that soured the experience is a week after buying our Yukon XL I had to call them to setup an appointment as it started making noises. Ended up needing to have the transmission replaced, which obviously is a major issue. The people there and the service department in general I was happy with, and we did have dealer warranty of 50% of costs since it was less than a month. But regardless of that I cant go more then 3 stars when I had such a major component go bad right after we bought the car from them. If we hadn't of driven it so much in the first couple of weeks we may not have known of the issue until after the warranty expired which would have been terrible for us. They were not obligated to help us more than the 50% that was set in the dealer warranty, if they had helped us cut down the cost even a little it would have been 5 stars. But again, they were not technically obligated to.

Needed scheduled service for my GMC sierra which is a company vehicle. Since I live in Leesburg I had my office set an appointment here. What a great experience in customer service! I dropped the truck off the night before for convenience sake and Tracie was still at the service desk! She made sure all details were accurate and let me know when it would be ready the next day. Per my request I received a text today when the work was complete. I picked up the truck around 6:00pm and Tracie was still there to greet me and let me know that everything was taken care of and my truck was ready to get back to work. I checked in with the cashier who already knew who I was somehow and was driving away minutes later.Thanks!

I'm giving the 4 stars for the experience there the day we bought our car. We had to wait a little longer than I expected but Niko was professional and extremely nice.However, my opinion of Brad changed drastically when he was rude and completely out of line yesterday regarding and issue with the title for our old car. He was not professional and I will not be taking my business back or suggesting them to anyone.

Great communication and customer service throughout the process. Incredibly helpful with financing options and registering the vehicle. Very fair price for trade in. Check out process was quick and painless. Will definitely be back!
