This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. Will be going back for many more now that I know they are just as excellent as they were three years ago. Costco is outstanding.

Delighted that in an SOS emergency I was able to get a car battery for $110. They have plenty in stock all makes, surprised by how well stocked they were, now kept in the tire center....I looked on line and at dealership where they wanted double for the same battery. I had to put a $15 deposit down on the battery case, but they said it will be fully refunded when I bring the old battery case in for exchange. Good to know in future.

Costco is great for so many things especially when entertaining or when you are raising a family. One of my all time favorites is the large spinach salad. I had a craving for it but couldn't find it. An alternative was a mixed green salad. It looked similar so I decided to give it a try. It was disappointing to me but maybe it's just me. Dressing: creamy Italian instead of poppyseed Big miss. Goat cheese instead of grated mozzarella: not enough goat cheese. Prefer the mozzarella. No bacon. Huge miss. No egg. Huge miss. Bring back the spinach salad!

I recently filled a couple of prescriptions at Costco. The staff was genuinely pleasant and helpful. They have a budget-friendly collection that's great for everyday needs. However, I believe there's room for improvement in their sunglass selection, particularly for men.

My sick mother sent me to Costco with our family membership card to get her medication and groceries. Never ever had any issues shopping at Costco before. I've been shopping here for years with and without my family with me. This woman carding at self checkout said I could not check out and then called her manager over on me where he told me they had a pre Covid rule where I can't use my family card alone. Never had any issues during or before COVID. We live in the same household. My mom called to talk to the manager and he LIED saying he didn't know I was shopping for her. It was the very first thing that I tried to explain while saying it was our family card. Wont be shopping at Costco again. You just lost a family membership and two more in addition. Not only will my mother be leaving Costco, but my fiancé and his family will be ending their memberships as well. As if you're the only bulk sale retailer. All the drama doesn't make since when people can still order online with just a Costco membership number, and order through instacart.

Would not recommend. I had an exam here once, paid out of pocket, and the Dr just told me I had dry eyes and my vision was the same. Mind you I was already 2 years overdue so I know my vision had changed (I’m also the one looking through my eyes everyday…) I called asking for another exam and the receptionist and the Dr both only told me to come in for a 10 minute follow up.. I asked for a refund and the Dr said no..

Costco is fantastic! The people are always very helpful - even on busy weekends. The selection is amazing, prices are terrific values, and variety is tremendous. The quality & price for steaks is unbeatable. The quality is better than many local restaurants. Even the kiosk salespeople are great. Brendon from ATT got me the latest and greatest Samsung ultra 23 for free after trading my old outdated phone. He quickly guided me through the forms, the $35 activation fee was waived, and I got a $100 Costco gift card. We love the store and highly recommend joining.

Awesome location! Employees are so helpful and kind! Store layout is very intuitive and clean.Recently went in and bought their lemon blueberry cake at the bakery and fell in love!!!! Their bakery does a hands down job at what they make. I've never had a bad experience

So this review is only about their customer service(because I never received the service I needed so cant say anything about the doctors)Over 3 weeks ago I called to make an appointment for me and my family on different days (person who answered I want to think that was very busy and not rude) made my appointment and another day for my husband and child. Their appointment notification came couple days in advance to remind them and they went everything was fine. My was the following day so my husband asked why I didn't get a notification like he did and their answer was that they didn't had me on file (I made all the appointments) so last week I called again because I was highly recommended and tried again. I was giving an appointment for today at 1:00pm as I'm getting ready because is not closed by me I decided to call just to make sure that I won't have surprises when I arrive, to my surprise my 1:00pm appointment is not longer mine and I was moved for 2:30pm. I work 3 why would I take an appointment for that time???Now, the person who answer the phone wasn't rude but it wasn't helpful either. I wish they work better with their scheduling system I did mentioned that to person but based on the way she answered me it didn't make any difference to her, so hopefully if they see this review they do something about. I really hate writing reviews and just to be clear this is just so they do something about how they are managing the appointments.

some of the employees have called me out asking if my membership is really mine and asking to see my card. It gets very annoying. Happened today, again. I was at self-checkout and this employee asks to see my card, but she asked nobody else. Why??? stop asking me if my Costco card is mine. I pay for my card like everyone else does. If you're going to ask, then ask everyone.

Me and a couple of buddies were looking forward to getting pizza for dinner, when trying to enter the store we were rudely harassed by a worker who began to question us on our ages, sexuality, and buisness being there. She began to yell at us for entering the store without the card when their policy changed. the worker could have easily approached us to inform of us of the policy change, instead, she screamed at us from across the hall and continued to harass us as we asked what was going on. Her coworker attempted to help us and explain to us what the policy change was (shout out Richard) and we politely left the store. however, i did not catch her name but she was the most rude, unwelcoming, unprofessional, and pos worker i've ever come across in a costco

This review is for their tire center although I'm a big Costco fan! (didn't see a tire center specific option)I originally made a appointment in advance for a flat tire fix with National Tire and Battery. They ended up canceling on me last minute and were pretty rude. I then called Costco who fit me in almost immediately. I was greeted by an awesome staff who had me in and out in 20 minutes start to finish. Not only did they fix the tire I came in for, but found a nail in another tire which they also fixed and finished up by rotating all four tires. Final price? $15. Mechanic met me at the front and made sure I had a full understanding of the work he did. Won't go anywhere else from now on.

This Costco is the best! Always is stocked with everything I need and the samples are the greatest! So many helpful employees some of my favorites are Helen who gives out samples, Patty who checks receipts at the door and of course Mark who is an all-around amazing guy!
