Very disappointing experience with the Costco Tire Department. Maybe they are short staffed, who knows? Waited 35 minutes on the phone without being given a choice. The person literally picked up 3 times, said please hold and put me back on hold without letting me get a word in. My phone call would have taken two minutes to handle as I just wanted to change an appointment time. There is zero reason to leave a customer waiting on the phone for 35 minutes and not even check into what the call is about and then, depending on the reason, say either I need more time with your call and I’m helping someone right now, give me a few more minutes. Or, just have taken a few minutes and helped me. Instead, I got short and rude and no help. Very disappointing as Costco usually does a better job with customer service. It makes me not want to come back. Ugh!

This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. Will be going back for many more now that I know they are just as excellent as they were three years ago. Costco is outstanding.

Delighted that in an SOS emergency I was able to get a car battery for $110. They have plenty in stock all makes, surprised by how well stocked they were, now kept in the tire center....I looked on line and at dealership where they wanted double for the same battery. I had to put a $15 deposit down on the battery case, but they said it will be fully refunded when I bring the old battery case in for exchange. Good to know in future.

Costco is great for so many things especially when entertaining or when you are raising a family. One of my all time favorites is the large spinach salad. I had a craving for it but couldn't find it. An alternative was a mixed green salad. It looked similar so I decided to give it a try. It was disappointing to me but maybe it's just me. Dressing: creamy Italian instead of poppyseed Big miss. Goat cheese instead of grated mozzarella: not enough goat cheese. Prefer the mozzarella. No bacon. Huge miss. No egg. Huge miss. Bring back the spinach salad!

Very long wait times for drop-off and pick-up. One employee in the office on a Saturday morning. We waited an hour and half just to get our key back on a tire rotation and balance. There no notification system with Costco Tire Centers when the car is ready! Solve your understaffed and poor notification problems, Costco!

They misled information. Expensive. They changed the 4 tires and sensors with full price and the Tires don't look new (not clean) they don't make aliment or balance after waiting more than four hours. On the phone they said will take one hour. Aafter all of that they say go findsome place for balance. I asked before i buy if they do all of that she said yes. will never use them again

Yesterday I was stop by Tire center front counter and requested to have my tires check/scan for intermit TMPS sensor(s) error. So a tech name "Jesus?" was out to check my sensors and seem like he not in a good mood or care about his job/customers. I mentioned to him that i have 5 sensors include spare tire (trunk was opened sensor is visible), he only scanned 4 tires while walking back to the shop he said i need all 5 sensors $65 each. I asked which sensor are bad, can you show me the scanner result. He did show me the scanner result nor give a straight answer of which sensor are bad and keep walking back to the shop. Costco tire tech have very low technical skill and bad customer service and needed to retrain.

Diana at the front desk takes call after call in front of 6+ customers waiting in line. I get a call that the car is done and then she tries to tell me the cars not done. Poor customer service.

Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual ASE certified shop. You might spend a couple extra dollars but you will save yourself a headache.Guy on the phone said they couldn’t fix my tire that was less than a year old (nail was too close to the sidewall, I get it). However when I asked them to put the spare on the rear and move one of the other tires to the front, the guy started arguing with me. Even though the bad tire was the left front tire, he tried to tell me “the safest place to put the spare was the right front incase it falls off”. Even after I explained it was a full size spare he still refused to put it on the rear. Apparently this genius decided to call me and tell me about my tires without even looking at my car and then argue with me about it.The supervisor apparently decided to put the tire on the rear because it was on the rear when I showed up. Then they give me the car back with the tire pressure sensor on. The sensor was not on when I dropped it off, so I asked them to add air to the bad tire in the spare position to make sure they didn’t mess up my sensors. They acted like I was being unreasonable. They finally complied with my request, but the supervisor would not engage or even make eye contact with me. He was happy to take my money but wouldn’t tell me when the replacement tire would be there. The headache wasn’t worth the couple of dollars I saved getting tire work done at Costco.

Ordered tires for a Tesla Model S and Toyota Camry Hybrid - fast shipment or tires on hand along with fast service. Highly recommend this team. I have gone to the competetor here in NOVA and they have stripped bolts and mis aligned tires. Ever since switching to this company for tire needs I have not had a single problem.

Repaired my damaged tire in the time frame they promised. No problem with it so far. Did the check on it today quickly.

My sick mother sent me to Costco with our family membership card to get her medication and groceries. Never ever had any issues shopping at Costco before. I've been shopping here for years with and without my family with me. This woman carding at self checkout said I could not check out and then called her manager over on me where he told me they had a pre Covid rule where I can't use my family card alone. Never had any issues during or before COVID. We live in the same household. My mom called to talk to the manager and he LIED saying he didn't know I was shopping for her. It was the very first thing that I tried to explain while saying it was our family card. Wont be shopping at Costco again. You just lost a family membership and two more in addition. Not only will my mother be leaving Costco, but my fiancé and his family will be ending their memberships as well. As if you're the only bulk sale retailer. All the drama doesn't make since when people can still order online with just a Costco membership number, and order through instacart.

The person serving us at the front desk was friendly. There were no parts from other branches, so I went there just in case. Unfortunately, they didn't have the parts, but they told me the branch that had the parts and the part number. I would like to visit again next time if it is not too far from home.
She in the front desk is very kind for us. We are looking for the tire sensor. Another Costco which is located near my house doesn’t have it for last one month even we visited several times and always said visit again next week. Unfortunately, this Costco tire center doesn’t have that item, but she give us the information what item number is and which Costco has at the moment. It is very helpful for us.
