Super easy to purchase tires, make an appointment, professional and polite staff, and very efficient! The gentleman at the front desk was kind and pulled my car up when I picked up. This was my first set of tires I've purchased from here but will be recommending to friends and family.

I went to get air for my tires. It was almost time to close so I understand that everyone was busy to get things done before closing. It didn’t stop Edgar from leaving what he did and walked over to help. He was very kind and did a great job with his detailed and well done job. I work as a customer service representative. I know a great customer service rep when I see one. Edgar went up and above my expectations.
We need more of Edgar in all customer service areas. I would give a 100% and would use his services again. Thank you Edgar🙏🙏🙏

Sad but I dropped my 5 star review to 2 stars it’s really only 1 or two stars for service and 4 stars for value. Their tires and sensors are a good price but don’t expect them to lift a finger beyond changing your tire .. I find their fro t desk service brusk I felt one lady was sort of mocking me last time I was there did not feel welcome at all.. service guy in the back seemed not to really care about me as a customer ..
OH almost forgot!! Expect them to try to weasel out of the warranty … they won’t patch lots of tires and they won’t replace them at 4/32 which is when triple A says they’re unsafe.. good times…

The tires I bought on Friday were not pulled for my scheduled installation. I arrived early for my 3 pm appointment, and my car is just going in at 3:53. Had to return perishable groceries.

I had purchased my previous tires with Costco.
A Lifesaver!
I had a fantastic experience at the Costco Tire Center. They were incredibly helpful and efficient when I rolled in morning for a walk-in with a flat tire. Since had bought the tires with them, without hesitation, they checked in my car and patched up the puncture for absolutely no cost.
Helpful tip: To avoid long wait times, consider making an appointment. They do have limited slots for walk-ins so try arriving early in the morning, like I did. If you're a walk-in, be prepared to have a longer wait for your repair. In my case, I was called back to pick up my car after three hours.
I'd highly recommend the Costco Tire Center for their excellent service and unbeatable pricing.

I placed an online order to replace worn and damaged tires. As a former tire technician myself (many years ago), the tires appear to be properly installed and were discounted $100+ on a full set of tires versus other local tire shops. The staff were also friendly and accommodating to my needs. I would recommend considering Costco Tires for your next set of tires.

Can highly recommend this place! Had an appointment to have my tires changed at 9am and they called back and said the car was done before 10am!! Did not expect them to be that fast. Very friendly staff too.

Very disappointing experience with the Costco Tire Department. Maybe they are short staffed, who knows? Waited 35 minutes on the phone without being given a choice. The person literally picked up 3 times, said please hold and put me back on hold without letting me get a word in. My phone call would have taken two minutes to handle as I just wanted to change an appointment time. There is zero reason to leave a customer waiting on the phone for 35 minutes and not even check into what the call is about and then, depending on the reason, say either I need more time with your call and I’m helping someone right now, give me a few more minutes. Or, just have taken a few minutes and helped me. Instead, I got short and rude and no help. Very disappointing as Costco usually does a better job with customer service. It makes me not want to come back. Ugh!

This Costco is smoking hot with customer service. I had to ask where the peanut butter pretzels got moved to and as usual the Costco gentleman told me the exact new aisle where they got moved. Also Costco finally brought back Jean's Posh Pantry cinnamon crumb cakes and I had to bring one home. Will be going back for many more now that I know they are just as excellent as they were three years ago. Costco is outstanding.

Delighted that in an SOS emergency I was able to get a car battery for $110. They have plenty in stock all makes, surprised by how well stocked they were, now kept in the tire center....I looked on line and at dealership where they wanted double for the same battery. I had to put a $15 deposit down on the battery case, but they said it will be fully refunded when I bring the old battery case in for exchange. Good to know in future.

Costco is great for so many things especially when entertaining or when you are raising a family. One of my all time favorites is the large spinach salad. I had a craving for it but couldn't find it. An alternative was a mixed green salad. It looked similar so I decided to give it a try. It was disappointing to me but maybe it's just me. Dressing: creamy Italian instead of poppyseed Big miss. Goat cheese instead of grated mozzarella: not enough goat cheese. Prefer the mozzarella. No bacon. Huge miss. No egg. Huge miss. Bring back the spinach salad!

Very long wait times for drop-off and pick-up. One employee in the office on a Saturday morning. We waited an hour and half just to get our key back on a tire rotation and balance. There no notification system with Costco Tire Centers when the car is ready! Solve your understaffed and poor notification problems, Costco!

They misled information. Expensive. They changed the 4 tires and sensors with full price and the Tires don't look new (not clean) they don't make aliment or balance after waiting more than four hours. On the phone they said will take one hour. Aafter all of that they say go findsome place for balance. I asked before i buy if they do all of that she said yes. will never use them again
