Bad experience at this store. I do not recommend shopping here. Staff was rude, almost to the point of kicking you out just because we got in 5 minutes before closing time. Bad looks, bad comments towards us. If I were corporate I would reconsider the staff at this location for not pushing for one last sale of the day.

Excellent store, very wide selection of items and they carry all sizes. You can try the shoes you want by just picking the box of your size. Staff is the best, they stay out of your way while you are exploring, and are ready for super dedicated support when you ask questions. Big kudos to Riley who helped me decide the size of my loafers.

I love Cole Haan. I’m just disappointed I went at 3:15p and the store was temporary closed during their normal operating hours. Next time I’ll call ahead to ensure they’re available.

Clean and well lit, you can get a great deal here on kicks. I get my works shoes here although I usually wear a 13 in sport shoes I buy a 11.5 in CH. No idea why but whatever. They wear great and last a good long while. I have an old pair I wear when it's raining so my new ones don't get jacked up. They did redesign the pair I buy but still classy, professional, and comfortable. Pair that with reasonable price and you got yourself a deal. Even found a pair of lovely heels for the wife.

The branch manager assistant was a very nice lady, she gave us all the possible options and even got us some shoes that were not on the shelves and made sure that we had everything we wanted
