Yes, this branch is clueless. They have no management all they have is greeters ! No one knows how to do anything. I’ve been a customer for 11 years. If I need anything I call my branch in Ohio where I opened my account. They do more for me 5 hours away then this branch can do face to face !

A very good bank Chase has been around a long time I'm glad to see they got a location in the Leesburg Virginia area now I have been had accounts with them for a long time my family is familiar with them very much and they're very pleased with them this is a very good location very clean very modern great service great staff maybe not all the time depending when you get in there and what you're trying to do but they are a good bank to use they are a big Bank and is it because they've been around a long time I think that gives them a big plus it's good to see that they're expanding into new areas throughout the United States

The incompetence of this branch is unbelievable! Don’t be concerned with security breaches from external hackers. You should be most concerned with employees of Chase. An employee at this branch provided access to my personal accounts, credit cards AND my business accounts!!! What’s worse is that NO ONE from the branch contacted me to inform me of the breach!!! The person that was given access by mistake is the one that informed me.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!!

Drove an hour to get my check cashed I got from the company I work for. They were looking to see if they could cash it then asked me to sit and wait. I did bc I was exhausted by that time and I noticed 2 people walked up to the counter, a guy had his phone out, I was tired n wasn't thinking and when it dawned on me they had already begun to leave. I hope they didn't let them people take pictures of my info. Oh and then said they couldn't cash the check bc it was over the limit and wouldn't tell me what the limit was. Now I'm still stuck with a check that Noone will cash.

There is a disconnect with this branch and corporate chase. They do not communicate well when you have to come physically in to sign documents.

They treat young people horribly. Ask them to put a check under some else’s name into my bank account and they said you were not allowed to do that. Even though that’s a lie and just didnt want to do her job. After I stated that you can do that by the person cosigning. She gave us attitude and made us show ids and gave an excuse that the name didn’t match even though both of our name matched. Went to Truist down the street and they took the check in without ids or any questions. This bank customer service is horrible.

Walked in at 4 to open a checking account and was greeted by 2 ladies having a conversation in an empty branch. They told me they could not help me open an account because it takes 45 mins and nobody was available. (There wasn’t a single person in the branch besides them and myself ) and just simply did not want to risk potentially staying an extra 5 minutes too late since doors close at 5 to welcome a new client. ( wouldn’t take that long to begin with) Pretty sad to see a brand new chase branch lose a client based on pure laziness ?♂️

At first I thought that the ATM was only accessible during open hours, but the doors have a card reader access. It is kind of hidden, but it is on the column. Hope it helps.
