Picked up two desserts from the "To Go" section after placing the order online. The process was easy and the desserts were a total hit! Rich flavors and unbeatable prices! Definitely pick yourself up a cheesecake and peanut-butter pie! YUM

We strictly shop at Wegmans but that may need to change. The quality is definitely going down. More often than not we get home and our bag of small oranges is moldy, last week my flowers (which are not cheap!) were molded when I unwrapped them. And today some blackberries that my husband bought yesterday have mold on them. What's going on?! You guys are too expensive for this! I can get moldy food and flowers from Giant or Harris Teeter for less. Please do better, we love Wegman's but this is definitely going in the wrong direction.

I hate to travel that far. But I will go the extra mile for Wegman's. We need a Wegman's in Winchester, VA. Their produce is amazing. Their selection of everything is amazing. The service is above and beyond. The ambiance is so very inviting! We live in a grocery store desert, A Wegmans would be a superb upgrade to our town!

It's the best of the best in grocery stories. Everything is quality from the produce to the meats to the breads to the cheeses to the seafood to the desserts. The accessibility to pick up the ready to eat items are in abundance but if that's not enough there are people posted behind display cases to help so you can pick your own combination. They have more speciality items by far, more than I have ever seen like vegan, gluten free, organic. They have an area where you can order a fresh sub; an area where they make pizza and more and more. There is a large selection of beer and wines concentrating on non domestic name brands and more imported or craft beers. Wines I can't speak to as much but again it's a lot!

I ordered my thanksgiving meal from Wegman's this year and the food was very good but what impressed me more was the efficiency of the pick-up process. Even though I picked up the food on Thanksgiving morning there was no wait and the staff was incredible help full. I can't wait to order my Christmas meal.

This location is terrible! Can't find must of the products that I buy in Sterling and the layout is a mess. I avoid this place as much as possible but opens at 6 am. Otherwise terrible!

Price gouging. Used to be a great chain. Drab interiors and lines to check out too long now. Rarely go.

This Wegmans has been opened for a number of years with that in mind the quality is definitely not what it used to be. The produce section is by far the worst I've seen. There are vegetables and herbs sitting there beyond their shelf life. No one throws them out. The meats are cut properly but the quality of meat doesn't justify the price. There are more and more Local butchers coming to Loudoun county sterling and leesburg. Not to mention fresh vegetables from local farmers markets. Be careful wegmans.

On a recent trip to Leesburg, we needed some groceries from Wegmans and had not visited the location in Leesburg before so decided to stop off. Given the other retail shops, definitely busier to park and not as easy as Sterling. Store is laid out opposite to Sterling so when you come inside think that over. Did not find cheese like we have at the Sterling location. Seemed much busier because it might be smaller. Check-out lines were fast., Not a bad visit but prefer our Sterling/Dulles location.

Ordered the sub platter. Noticed meat was sliced very thin and quantity of meat on subs was less than what I've purchased in the past. Contacted store and they informed me Wegmans stores no longer slices the meat in store for their subs, rather the meat is pre-sliced, pre-weighed and shipped in. It appears they are making subs more like Subway -uggh! So, they raised their sub prices to $12.99 per large sub but you get less meat. Don't waste your money on these subs as the quality is no longer there. Another bad decision by Wegmans Leadership.

After several years shopping at Wegmans, I found out their customer services are the same as other profit hungry grocery stores. I bought supposedly a large high quality bottle of vitamin C while ago from Wegmans in Leesburg Virginia where we normally shop a minimum of approximately $500 per week.(Large family) So after while the Vitamin C's pills discoloration happened from real white to a very dark yellow. So when I was returning it, the clerk at customer services said we cannot take it back because you used a lot of it and you don't have a receipt so she checked with manager on the phone and explaining "he doesn't have receipt and the product is mostly used and we shouldn't refund him", but the manager allowed store credit then the clerk responded to me (in a very impolite manner like I'm doing this regularly) my manager said next time You bring something to return we would not accept it. It was like insulting and treating someone who is in the business of cheating stores for refunds. So I told the clerk I don't need your refund and you can trash the remainder of the Vitamins and tell your manager this is not the way you treat any customer. So I think after all these years of Wegmans retail history When it comes to customer services, they have long way to go and a lot to learn. It take $100's or $1000's to advertise and gain a customer but Wegmans lost one today over a $30 refund which this return could be a feedback about the Vitamins brand which they carry.

We order delivery groceries weekly and love their quality and prices. We recommend bagels baked fresh that day, desserts, deli, coffee shop, sub shop, fruits and veggies are all fresh.

I'm Not a fan of Wegmans. Okay so first of all, this store is expensive. Now I totally get that this isn't for me as I am a Walmart girl and I don't care how good of a life the animal I'm about to eat had or what kinda dirt and chemicals were used to grow my veggies, I just like my food cheap. Lol With all that being said I haven't been to this Wegmans in a few years. The last time I was here they had opened a little seafood bar in the middle of the seafood section. My bf and I were starving so he suggested we go get some food from the hot food bar. Yahll....... It's gone. All they have is a wing section for like $13.99 a pound. I wanted to cry. That was the only reason I used to come here. What a shame.

Wegmans is okay. Though in the last two years has less stock than it used to. It started two or three years ago with worse wine quality and spread to less overall stock. Yes Wegmans your shoppers notice. Instacart is HORRIBLE. Many items "aren't in stock" then I go to the store an hour later and it's right there. With higher grocery prices for delivery and an extra $10 in fees I shop at Whole Foods which is free and the service is better. A customer can put everyone from the CEO to the janitor out of business by going elsewhere. If I were the Wegmans family I'd hustle and create a delivery department before they're pushed out by the competition.
