My friend recently had a weird ATM cash eating encounter (not at a cap one) so now I only deposit through the teller. I’ve actually had a great experience every single time I’ve gone so far. They’re quick and efficient and nice people!

Poor Customer Service, I ask to talk with a Manager to solve a request and the cashier a woman with attitude tell me that she will need to first take another client. Sorry… I was in the line before. Really they don’t have a Manager that provide customer service? Omg they don’t have that service in other locations. Leesburg location its really bad. They need to develop active training for their employees.

I was reluctant to go to this branch as the reviews had been so poor. However, I had an excellent experience working with Chelsea and Mercy - great women and great professionals. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Horrible employees. Rude to the lady in front of me. Atm ate our card for no reason, then sat and flickered fir 29 minutes while we tried to get our card back. Aweful bank that thinks they are letting customers use their mo ey instead if viewing customers as people who have deposited their own money and should be treated with decent customer service. The worst! Teller wouldn't do anything to help us get the card back from the faulty machine .

This bank is horrible they are always hitting my account with reverse credit disputes and overdraft fees looking for a new bank now as I have well over paid them.

NOTE: This review is based on the physical location of the bank, not the company which owns the location.The bank is easy to locate and fairly easy to get in and out of. IMO accessing the drive-up ATMs (there are 2) is best done via Market St. That entrance provides a more direct way into the ATM. Of course you can still acess the ATMs from the opposite street it's just trickier. This is why I am giving it 4 stars. The layout of the traffic flow into the drive thru for the ATMs isn't very good...especially if there is a line of cars! The ATMs have large touchscreens and keypads. They are at a decent height etc. I love the fact that you can get any denomination of bills! Very helpful at times.The outside of the bank is clean and well maintained. I've been at night and it's well lit.

ATM went down after it took a 1800 dollar cash deposit . Was told they had to count the money .Went back the following day , ATM was up and running and was told it will take up to 45 days to review my transaction. Worst bank out there . Drive a half a block and go to two others .What’s in your Wallet? Not my 1800 dollars.

ATM’s always broken. The screen never works on the one and screen is dark and the ATM has cracks. The other has broken buttons on ATM like someone tried putting on a skimmer. Very sketchy and shows no one at the bank pays attention to the conditions of their ATMs.
