I love this brand. Clothes made for women who are not a size 0.. Staff is so helpful and very friendly. I don't buy clothes anywhere else. There's a employee that is dark skined, ( I don't know her name so im sorry for the color reference) she's the best, so helpful and nice. I always look for her.

Too many beautiful clothes. Easy to try on the entire store! Thank you for including larger sizes (16) these pieces you won't find in a retail store. They're different. Beautiful patterns, fabrics. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped at our favorite Cabi Outlet at 625pm, and it was closed up tighter than a drum. No one answered the phone even though the associate was inside walking around. Store closing time listed as 7pm. This is just bad customer service.

This review is for returns and customer service. As another reviewer already mentioned Buyer beware if you try to return anything here (particularly shoes). Honestly I wish I just bought this brand at another store than deal with the return at this location. . The 'supervisor' told me he would not take the shoes his - exact words- 'not at my store, I I can't resale them'! Why would you sell defective shoes?!? As if it was my fault that were defective shoes.. At the end of the day, with lots of push back they did the right thing and gave me my money back (reluctantly) . They both seem out of touch with reality. There is the trouble on the customer end to return an item that they completely neglected to touch on. Homely it comes to to customer service which this store lacks in. It's like they are reading out of a book. I drove 45 min to the location, I reviewed the return policy and just wanted to return the items (well within the return window). I'm glad there are other retailers in the area, that I carry the brand as I will never be coming here again.

Bad customer service. Bought shoes 3 days ago and it hurts my feet after 20 minutes walking. When I drove 30 mins to return it and they said no. This place is a joke.Stay away from this store.

Nothing special. Decent factory outlet store with good prices. Lines can be long and they don't always have the supply of what you want, but overall it's a good place to get outdoors clothing.

One of my favorite stores at the outlet. As a Gen X, it's age appropriate whereas others are too young. Great sales and quality is good for what you pay. Service is good. Masks being used by staff. Most of my casual clothes are Columbia

I purchased a jacket for my mother for Christmas, size was too small. I lost my receipt in the midst however the jacket still had the tags on it. I go to the Columbia store at the leesburg outlet where I had originally purchased it. All I needed was to exchange it for a bigger size. When I get to the register I begin to explain the situation to the young lady stating I had purchased this jacket at this store and I unfortunately lost my receipt. The lady asks if I am a loyalty member and I responded saying "no I am not" then she tells me she can't exchange the jacket not refunded the money. I responded by saying "I only need a bigger size, I have the card I originally purchased the jacket with and I can also show you my back statements that stats I have purchased the jacket here". She responds to me saying "I can't do anything about it, do you want to speak to my manager" I said yes. I again explain the situation to her manager another lady and she responds with the same answer the lady at the register had told me. I again ask why is it I can't exchange it for a bigger size? I have the jacket with the tags, I am not asking to get a refund and I also have the card I purchased it with. All the manger could tell me is we can't exchange the jacket because you are not a loyalty member nor have a receipt. We cannot do anything about it. Keep in mind these two didn't even look at the jacket nor the tags nor did they even touch the jacket to take a look at to see it was the same jacket I was exchanging for a different size. I walked out of the store abs thought this was ridiculous!!! How can you not exchange a jacket for a different size knowing it's the same jacket you have in store!!! This got me so mad and I could not believe this was happening! I have purchased plenty of items from this store and I can for sure tell you I am never going to this store again. The way these two ladies looked at me without having any solution to my situation knowing the jacket was the same and refused to help me. I did not understand it. I called the Columbia store at Potomac mills in Woodbridge and asked if they would exchange a jacket with no receipt, again I explained my situation and the lady on the phone responded "of course we can exchange it for a different size, as long as you have the tags and we have the same jacket in store it will not be a problem". I was shocked by her response, how can another Columbia store be able to help me but not this store?!?! I could not understand it. I had to drive to Potomac mills to exchange my mothers jacket for a different size, unfortunately they didn't not have her size and they were able to get my store credit so I would go purchase it online or come back to the store. After I was done I explained to the lady at the Columbia store in Potomac mills the situation that had happened at the store in the leesburg outlet and she looked at me in complete shocked and said "that is not a policy we have, as long as you have the tag on the jacket and we recognize it's one of the items we carry, We can exchange it for a different size. I honestly think they did not want to exchange it for you" I looked at her and told her I cannot believe this, I will never return to that store again. How can this store care for their customers if they are not willing to help their customers out. I am super upset and have never been told they couldn't help me at all. I understand if I wanted my money back but I was literally exchanging it for a different size!!!!!! This was super ridiculous and I need to speak to another manager or something because I cannot think this Is the only store with that kind of policy.

Every time we go here it seems that half the staff and management are at war with the other half over whether to treat customers as snarky or nice. I hate to say it but have started to dread going in for fear of the snark. This is a Columbia discount outlet, not a Parisian cafe - lay off the snark.

Love their clothing... it is for snazzy but grown folk. The sales team was very attentive and helpful.
