John Kim was my sales professional. He was very knowledgeable, professional and quickly responded to questions that I had. He had excellent customer service skills and made sure that I was a satisfied customer. My experience with this entire dealership was beyond satisfactory. I highly recommend Hyundai Leesburg.

Jose was great as well as the finance department and manager. They knew we had a limited amount of time to spend at the dealership, and they worked hard to ensure a quick, efficient, and fair process. We got a great deal on our trade in and they worked really hard to get our monthly payments to fit within our budget! Very happy with Hyundai Leesburg!

Maz and the team at Safford are fantastic! We live about three hours away and Maz went above and beyond the week prior to us being able to come and see the vehicle to make sure all our questions were answered and sent us additional pictures addressing our concerns. We felt confident in our decision because of how supported we were in the process. We were never rushed or pushed into a decision and were allowed to be as thorough as we felt needed. It was a great experience and we would buy from this location again!

Absolutely seamless experience. All of the staff went above and beyond to not only make me feel welcome and comfortable but also to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for - not to mention the fact that I more or less had my car delivered to me. Amir, my salesperson, was very thorough and took time to make sure I had all the info I needed to make a good decision. The sales manager also was helpful in finding something since they didn't have what I wanted on the lot. I came in looking to buy used and ended up buying new due to his pointing out the APR incentives. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. This was our second car purchased from this dealership.

Shout out to Amir, Bryan, Abdi and Sierra as their teamwork sealed the deal for me. Amir had wonderful customer service skills and helped facilitate getting me out of the dealership in 2 hours as to prevent me from missing an appointment later on. Abdi and Bryan worked miracles with the numbers to keep my payment where I needed it to be. Sierra thank you for was making sure I didn't feel neglected while waiting for the number crunches to do their job. Thank you all again for making this car buying experience wonderful.

I would not recommend having service done at Safford Brown Hyundai Leesburg. I used the night drop service to drop my car on Wednesday night for a 7:45 AM Thursday appointment with a request the car be done by 4:00 PM. My car had been having trouble turning over and I suspected a battery or alternator issue. I received a call at 1:00 PM saying that my battery was dead and was quoted $410 for a replacement. I told them I would give them a call back because the battery was less than 3 years old and I wanted to contact the original shop to see if the battery was under warranty. I called back my service advisor at 1:30 PM and left a voicemail asking for additional pricing details since $410 seemed a little high. I received no response and subsequently attempted to call the service advisor every 30 minutes until 4:00 PM at which I called the main line. The person on the main line said they would let the service advisor know I was trying to get a hold of them, but despite repeated calls to the main line, I was unable to get a hold of my service advisor until 5:30 PM. At this point, I felt as though I had no choice but to pay the $400 and have the battery replaced since I had to be somewhere at 7:30 Friday morning. However, the service advisor informed me that all of their technicians had left for the day and that they would not be able to get to my car until Friday morning, but that it would be the first car in the queue. I begrudgingly accepted this since I desperately needed my car back and running. I received a call around noon on Friday that they had finally replaced my battery. I do not plan on returning to this dealership and will gladly wait a few more days for service from another dealership.

I had a great experience buying my Kona. I called the dealership in the morning to schedule a time to test drive the 2 cars I was interested in and Dominic had them out front and ready to go when I arrived. The negotiation and buying process was easy and pressure free. The entire process from start to finish took less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a Hyundai.

John Kim was an amazing person to work with. He listened and empathized with my need for a new car. He did not once push me towards something I didn't want or need. He was patient and kind and listened to every word I said. I feel as if I walked away with a friend and not just a car. His manager Ben is honestly an amazing person in leadership, he reads the room exceptionally well and handles business and personal interactions to perfection. I had an issue with my old financing company about my old car I had traded in and couldn't get a straight answer from capital one customer service, so I drove to my FRIENDS at Safford Brown of Leesburg and Ben was able to explain the situation to me, and I left yet again with a smile. The two of then together is a powerhouse team, and I feel truly blessed to have worked with them in this new car adventure.

We stopped by for a test drive and had a pleasant experience. Dominic was courteous and answered our questions in a professional manner. The former show room has been recently renovated and makes the limited space appear warm and welcoming. We are grateful to have such a humble local business nearby.

After having my SUV towed to this dealership 8 weeks ago today I am sadly having to write this review to let others know my experience. My oil consumption issue that was diagnosed by my oil change shop, took them weeks to confirm and they have yet to get an engine replacement ordered. After having several exchanges with the service department, I don't know that I would consider them customer service friendly. 2 weeks ago they told me that I would have a car after one more person and yesterday when I called for a two week update they told me I was third in line, maybe others have a different experience. I also met with the general manager hoping to get more success. However, I've yet to get a phone call back from him after 6 weeks. If I'm not mistaken, the policy is to have the vehicle diagnosed in 3 days, at least an answer to the customer as quickly as possible and constant communication every three days. In 8 weeks I've received one phone call from the dealership. All other phone calls have been made by me every week to 2 weeks. Since all calls are recorded and tracked, everything I'm saying can be verified. Hopefully this is a heads up to people that can't be without their vehicle for multiple weeks that this may not be the place for you.

Hose, Tony, and Ben were incredibly friendly, sincere, and exceptionally professional. My wife was set on finding a Santa Fe Limited, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at this location. However, they went above and beyond to get it from another location. They maintained constant communication, keeping me updated on its availability and status throughout the process. Moreover, Tony and Brian ensured that the interest rates I saw online were matched. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Andy Romero was an amazing sales rep! I contacted him on Friday afternoon at 4pm and had my quote with the agreed upon price by 4:30pm. Went in Saturday morning to complete the paperwork and was surprised at the number of Hyundai personnel that were polite and kept asking if I needed anything (water, coffee, etc.). The sales manager took the time to meet me and talk about my Tucson and answered all of my questions. Had several chats with them and learned about their love of cars. My new Tucson was detailed and sparkling and ready for me. Painless process and love my car!
