I wanted to try out this place relative to Flagship Car Wash, and found out it was worse than not washing my car at all. It didn't even touch basic things like the windshield corners, and left additional residue and spots all over. To top it off, I got double charged and had to return for a refund. The employees are fine, but this place is a car smudge, not a car wash.

Great, fast service. Have the option each time for exterior only, but when the inside needs cleaning they do an amazing job. When finished it looks as good as the day we bought it.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I would like to give 4.5 stars but that wasn’t an option. The service is excellent. However, the last time I was there my car went through without being washed. They were very busy but ran it through a 2nd time. The wipe down could have been better overall and windows a little streaked The inside cleaning was great. I have a membership and will continue to use this business. The issues were definitely not the norm. The customer service from all employees is wonderful.Services: Polishing

Love this place, especially after the sale of Leesburg Station to Flagship. This is much better, cheaper and the people are extremely nice.

I paid for the ultimate wash which includes wax, wheel cleaner and tire shine among other things. But when I went through the wash the brushes were dry and no liquids were sprayed on my car other than the rinse at the end. There was no soap, my tires definitely weren’t shined, and the wheels were not cleaned. The $21 I paid was a waste of money and I won’t be going there anymore.
