My experience at Bio Mechanic Physical have been fantastic.The pain in my hip is no longer an issue. Now working on my shoulder.That was injured about four years ago, and it is greatly improving with there treatment.I have recommended them highly to others as well.

I have been to several other sites for physical therapy and they do not hold a candle to BioMechanic. Both times that I have been going there, were the most beneficial for me. I had a treatment for my neck, and it has not felt this good in a long time. Every one there are always attentive, friendly and just a pleasure to work with.

If you need pt this is a great place. I got good service and recovered from my stroke completely. I liked everyone there as I had to switch around a good bit due to my schedule.

I would definitely recommend BioMechanical physical therapy to anyone who asks. Marsha and Hannah really helped me get from a high pain level and very little mobility with my frozen shoulder to almost normal and less time than expected. I’m continuing to get therapy and look forward to getting back to full normal. Entire staff is friendly and professional and gets my thumbs!

The staff is very friendly and the location is very well kept.My therapy was for an injury and surgery and between the massage, exercise and laser treatment I can definitely feel and improvement..My Therapist Pradnya is the absolute best her mannerism and personality is warm, caring and endearing..I would highly recommend them for therapy treatment...I travel quite a ways from work to get to my appointment and the staff is always accommodating which shows they care.. To go above and beyond their hours of work to make sure I am getting my treatment to help me heal speaks volumes to me and for them as a business. It shows that the staff has hearts of concern and compassion...

Very disappointed. Today I went in for an evaluation for PT on my neck and found a COVID BREEDING GROUND: a smallish space crowded with therapists, assistants and patients (including older folks who didn’t appear in great health). The packed treatment tables were no where near six feet apart and even worse, I counted at least three people without masks: one lady lying on her back casually reading her phone, an elderly gentleman face down on a table, and an youngish male assistant who came right up to the receptionist’s desk and gave me a big ol’ grin. In surprise, I asked the masked receptionist about their mask policy. “Masks are optional,” she replied. I took my doctor’s order back and left. Physical therapy centers may not be medical offices, but they’re next-step treatment centers for medical patients. And with Omicron running rampant, what possible excuse is there for risking patients’ health? I now have an appointment with a physical therapy center that is one of several run by owners whose mask-only policy was delivered by recording when I called.

This is the best physcial therapy I’ve ever been to. They’re caring, attentive and professional. I be had Aditi and she’s wonderful. The administrative staff is caring as well and great to interact with. My thanks to all who have interfaced with me and putting me on the path to a good recovery.

After being treated at several other physical therapy establishments in Loudoun County, BioMechanic is my family's go-to. Myself and two of my children have been treated at BioMechanic Physical Therapy for various injuries and conditions over the past several years. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. BioMechanic offers various methods of treatment therapies that are effective for maximizing progress to meet your goals. I owe it to BioMechanic to fixing me up so I can live an active and pain-free life.

The therapist was great, it helped me with the pain management. However, they could improve with the schedule. More than once I was waiting for my appointment for at least 15 minutes and no one apologized for the delay or even let me know they were behind schedule.

Had a total hip replacement procedure - these guys knew exactly what to do to bring me back to a fully functional level. I feel better and stronger every time I go. Would recommend to anyone.

I received excellent care from Pradnya, one of the awesome physical therapists at BioMechanic. Her care was excellent and she helped heal my ankle. She was very personable, professional and kind, as were all the staff at BioMechanic. I highly recommend this facility for any of your back, neck, or joint issues. Please try them before choosing surgery. That’s what I did and I avoided surgery. I highly recommend BioMechanic Physical Therapy.

There should be a "10 Stars" option as you'd be hard-pressed to find a better physical therapy facility in Northern Virginia. I've been treated by four of the physical therapists, Sarah, Julianne, Marsha and Hannah, all exceptional. On top of the expert physical therapy, each one, along with all of the assistants, have gone full-out in offering the many additional supportive treatments options available, i.e., ultrasound, muscle stim, hot/cold packs, exercises AND laser therapy, etc.! The icing on the cake: BioMechanic's owner has put together a high-vibe group of top-notch, skilled, engaging and caring people!
