Its best buy. Most of the time, they have what you need, which is great, but being an avid Amazon shopper, its easy to see that best buys products are definitely more expensive. I hit up this best buy when I need something quickly.

We had an issue with Kurt who is one of Geek Squad managers because my husband bought an Accidental Protection Plan for his Canon 5d Mark IV DSLR. When we bought the camera, we were told that if we bought the Accidental Protection Geek Squad plan we could bring it in for anything and get either a same day replacement or a gift card to buy something else. This was purchased in 2018. Even though we showed Kurt the terms and conditions of that plan we purchased, he refused to do anything and said it had to be shipped out. We asked to speak to a store manager because that's not what was explained to us after spending over $450 for that plan and he said no one else was available and that he wouldn't do anything else. We physically showed him the terms and conditions of the plan we purchased and he still refused to do anything. Kurt insisted there was no upper management available to help us, however after asking another employee in the store to speak to a general manager they said they would reach out to Oscar who was an upper level manager. Magically, even though Kurt said they weren't available Oscar was. He helped to come up with a resolution that was satisfactory to us. While Kurt was no help and straight up lied to us, Oscar was very understanding and took care of us. We'll recommend this store because of Oscar's (General Store Manager) great customer service. Perhaps Kurt (Geek Squad Manager) could learn something from him and how Terms and Conditions work.

Horrible “customer service “! My son purchased a Sony HD 4K TV from Best Buy less than 2 1/2 years ago. He also purchased the $99 2yr extended warranty. So with the 1yr manufacturer warranty and the 2 yr extended we thought he had a 3yr warranty. Apparently not so. So I inquired about Best Buy giving him a discount on a new TV. Again the answer was no they couldn’t do that. My son spent $850 on a TV that didn’t last 2 1/2 yrs. Clearly they didn’t appreciate our business at all.Went over to Costco and purchased a bigger TV LG HD 4K for less than the original from Beat Buy. The most refreshing part was Costco includes a 2 yr extended warranty free!Our family will never waste our hard earned money at Best Buy again!

Poor service and horrific return policy. I purchased an item suggested by their in house staff to extend my internet reach in our home. The product (eero Pro 6) did not work as Best Buy suggested. When went to bring it back, Best Buy said they would not reimburse me anything because it was beyond 30 days. I spoke directly with the manager and he refused to budge on reimbursement of any kind. Absolutely horrid as this product was purchased 100% on a Best Buy salesman recommendation ( Brien Jones). I strongly suggest avoiding Best Buy and especially the Leesburg store as customer service is definitely lacking. They only care about making a sale.

They no longer accept phone calls locally and won’t return a call back request. I drove 45 minutes to this store to have a cell phone battery replaced only to have them tell me they’d need days to do it. Don’t expect customer service. Took my phone to a mall kiosk and had a new battery in less than 10 minutes. Geek squad can’t compete.

Tv only warrantied for 1 year. Purchased a LG 65 in smart tv for $1000 lasted 14 months watch the sales they are selling most likely they have issues

The manager has no concept of price honoring. After looking over all of them I had found one that I wanted and I go to pay and the young man tells me $100 when clearly the tripod was $50. After the young man talked over the walkie-talkie to his manager told him what happened the manager basically told me too bad. I will never come back here ever again and they do not honor their word at all for price match. Stay away from the store they are a bunch of liars and cheaters. Also nobody on the floor to assist all too busy being on their phones texting each other. Stay far away from this place.

Worst customer service ever. My wife and I bought a washer and dryer and got told our delivery would be in about a week we schedule for a Monday 7-1. No call no email before day of service. 11am comes around and my wife calls. We get the run around and hung up on multiple times. Finally an email comes right at the end of our window saying our appointment was rescheduled to next Monday. Still more run around finally a CSR tells us it's best to go to the store. Now I'm standing in the store and noone is helping. Were getting the same response on hold and giving the run around. Store is incompetent and if I can give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever.
