We were there to trade in 3 older apple watches so we could put the value towards purchasing a newer model. The girl at the customer service desk was very polite and was in the middle of handling our transaction when out of nowhere a guy of caucasian origin flies in and asks her to go into some screen on the monitor. We thought it was odd that he would just butt in like that without even giving us a hello or to explain why he had to interrupt a transaction that was taking place. We thought it was odd but probably he had some emergency that he had to look into and gave him the benefit of the doubt. He then flies out of there without any eye contact or addressing us, and we then come to find out that he deliberately had negated our trade in transaction and did not have the decency to even give us an explanation as to why. On asking the girl at the counter we come to find out that he is the manager. Wow...Best Buy you have sure some 5* employee right there..one that had no decency to greet and explain to the customer what was going on. We were not trying to do anything wrong. We had already got our appraisal report from the Best Buy app and were just trying to get it processed at this store. This guy is a pathetic excuse for a manager and human being. To disrespect customers who were going to make a considered purchase soon after, is just NOT OK. We should have just gone to our usual Best Buy store in Dulles. We happened to be in the Leesburg area and thought we would go in. BIG MISTAKE !

What a ghost town. I went in for a specific item... HDMI to Displayport cable. The entire HDMI cable section was decimated! The only things they had were $40 HDMI cables and $100 cables. There must have been a dozen empty hangers on that pegboard where items used to be but they were empty. Looking around the store, this was the case almost everywhere. Fancy displays with no product. Sure. They have the big items.. TVs, appliances, computers. But if you need support items? Forget about it. I ordered my cable as I left the store from that huge A to Z company. It arrived the next day. I don't know why I even bother going to Best Buy anymore. This happens every time.

I had an extremely pleasant experience here! I was unaware the return policy changed for a lot of electronics from 30 days to 14 days. I came back two days late to return a pair of headphones and a lovely sales associate named Lubna not only helped me with the return but signed me up for the Best Buy members program and put my last purchase on the plan. Thank you so much for your help! Keep being great!

This is the worst location. Lots of associates walking around and not doing anything, and there is only one cashier, while the line at checkout is huge. Not coming back!
