5 Stars for Renae at Auto Nation in Leesburg. She is such a sweet kind soul and was like a friend to me the entire day throughout the long decision making process. I went to several dealerships and she was by far the nicest and the most knowledgeable. If she didn't know something, she was not afraid to look it up and get me answers.My only gripe is that I ended up having to talk to like 7 different people throughout the day and they almost forgot to give me a second key fob. But Renae was lovely, please share my feedback with her and her supervisors.

The service advisor NEEDS TO BE FIRED!He will not answer a direct question and told me repeatedly, when I left my car, NOT to call him. He will contact me when he has something to share. He WILL NOT tell me specifically what needs repairing or the cost.He sent me a picture of the inside of my car without any explanation and REFUSES to explain the picture.

Brought list of items not working correctly since bought car in July. Some are intermittent problems which worked correctly that day, which I understand. However, passenger mic does not work. They videoed a diagnostic of it working. However, I do not think they actually tried talking into the mic because it did not work right after they looked at it. Basically they blamed all my problems on my phone, my roof racks, whatever they could so they did not have to dig deeper.

Inconsistent ads and experience. No advertised warranty. No advertised full tank of gas. Complained about a trade-in after they were told it would be a parts car at best. They try to take advantage of women as not knowledgeable and mansplain things to them. It's ridiculous. Extremely slow processing. Avoid them.

A absolute awful experience. Hounded with phone calls, texts, emails, etc. before getting there to attempt to purchase a new vehicle. To get there and find out the car I had wanted “sold last night.”Then given a sales man who mumbled under his breath, I couldn’t understand a word that was said, disappeared for over 20 minutes and seemed to have no knowledge of what was in the lot besides “premium” and “comfort amenities.”Would not recommend.

Jorge was excellent. He was very detailed over the phone regarding the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions. After long distance communication with Jorge we were comfortable enough to drive 8 hours to purchase the vehicle! We would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota.Thank you Jorge!
