Don't know why you make an appointment, you are always there for hours, even for routine stuff. Sometimes they don't even have the inventory to complete the job.

I made an appointment to get an oil change for our truck and was assured it wouldn't take long. We chose to stay at the dealership while the oil was being changed...3 hours later our truck was finished. We had a free oil change since it was the first one since buying the truck that was not honored, and worst of all, we weren't notified when the maintenance on our truck was finished.I bought my Toyota because of the wonderful track record of reliability. Unfortunately the dealership did not carry the same standard. It's not hard to keep people happy with your product; honor your word and provide a quality service. With such a wide variety of Toyota dealerships in the area, I'm not sure this one will be worth the frustration if you have an alternative.

Our sales associate Alexis R Chacon Rosas went the extra mile. We drove 2 and a half hours to look at a vehicle we saw advertised online. No pictures had been uploaded yet and he personally took the time to take the pictures and send them to my phone and email. He was knowledgeable about the car and its features and answered all our questions. We will definitely think of coming here again in the future and getting him to help us with a purchase. I am also recommending him and this dealership everyone who asks!Thanks again for all the help.

Daniel and Service department did a great job with my car ( line on windshield was funny ) . I would recommend Daniel and AutoNation to anyone who want to service their Vehicle. Marta is going to give you an excellent customer service and answer all your questions if Service advisors are busy . I like her because SHE CAN TALK . They are all extremely friendly. I was in and out very fast. I will definitely be back!!

I went in for some routine maintenance on my truck and Cameron was really helpful in explaining timelines, estimates and arranged for transportation after dropping off the vehicle and the return to pick it up. The prices also were extremely competitive and helped me realize that a dealer can also have good prices and excellent service! Thank you!

The maintenece was done as promised. One smll problem was that I saw my car sitting in the lot and had to go ask if it was ready. When I got in my car the paper mat was still in it and the number hanging from the mirror. Otherwise the staf was great and the work was done as promised.

Went in for routine maintenance & state inspection. Service rep seemed more intent on bring the bill into the $1200-1500 range than anything else. Mentioned that I’d had to jump start the car a couple dozen times in the last two months and needed a check on the battery & charging system. Battery got their seal of approval but no resolution was made on the issue beyond that. Still must continue to jump the battery and find a competent shop to resolve this problem.
