WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS. THEY DO NOT INTRODUCE THEMSELVES ON THE PHONE AND ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I CALLED ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER AND WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE AFTER MENTIONING NAME. CALLED FROM MY CELL PHONE AND GOT YELLED AT THEY DO NOT WORK ON THE VEHICLE I REQUESTED WORK ON AND HUNG UP. IF YOU LIKE ABUSE VISIT THIS HOLE , WHAT A JOKE OF A FRONT DESK PERSON.

Called and asked to make an appointment for emissions inspection. Was told that by law they cannot take appointments for that. I politely said "that's fine and I'll be there tomorrow but out of curiosity why is it illegal to take emissions appointment" the lady was very rude and responded ("THATS THE LAW SIR". I said why is that the law (politely) and she said "IDK CALL DEQ". They would have gotten my business and future business but because the secretary answering calls doesn't know how to speak to people who are being nice to her I won't be patronizing them. Get a new secretary.

I'm with mister P on reviews, exact same thing, went in for inspection and was told I need 1000 dollars of work at a minimum! My car was just checked by two mechanics before moving here so I was very skeptical.....also, and I realize I'm the minority here, but the front desk attendant was not nice to me. I heard her on the phone with others being nice and another customer she knew by name she was very nice to, but she was rude to me. The first time in my life I felt like a second class citizen in a place of business. I will never go back.

Just in case you are looking for an engine rebuild or replacement, save you time and do not call this shop, they do not do this even so on they website says they do. Jus a bit of miss information.

I went to Jeremy and Auto Solutions after doing a fairly in-depth review of repair businesses in the area. They get a five star review for determining I did not need to have coils replaced in the car though it took me having to tell them to go and drive the car so they could see that they engine was rough idling… turns out it only needed new spark plugs - that’s a good news… but after driving the vehicle home I notice the transmission seemed to be slipping so I’m considering taking the vehicle back, but am hesitant since it should have been something that they noticed upon driving the car themselves. I did tell them I have to drive from Leesburg to Ft Meade 4 days out of the week, and need the car working well. I think part of the the problem is that they have more volume of cars than they can handle… I will say that Jeremy and the staff there are great people. But for now I’m giving them 3 stars - that maychange depending on the outcome of their service, if I give the car back to them to fix the transmission issue.Services: Auto engine tuning
